Vile Suggestion
Since Prince Leonard did not mention that I should be expecting a guest, I didn't think that I would walk in to see Prince Leonard conversing with his elder brother. Just when I thought that I should make my retreat because I seemed to be stepping into their private conversation, Prince Leonard's eyes spotted me.
“Oh Mila, you're finally here,” he called out to me as if he had been waiting for me to arrive.
“Yes, I just got back,” I replied.
I could feel Prince Darius’ gaze rest on me and that made me feel slightly nervous. Although this wasn't my first time meeting him, I could never get used to his presence.
“Darius will be joining us for dinner,” Prince Leonard answered my unasked question as if he could read my mind.
I nodded my head before making my way to the dining table where the two of them were already seated.
“Sit next to me,” Prince Leonard instructed.
