Kenany John Zee Hangstone, a twelve and half years old girl, living with a wealthy family but maintain a simple life. From a young age, she always wonders who she really is- because, she exhibit an eerie kind of energy or ability. As time goes on, she begins to have nightmares about different kinds of paranormal breeds which kept haunting her. She tells her mother alot about her dreams but her mom dismisses her each time to hide a truth from her. Although her family is not that highlighted in her narration, she talks about the genuine love between her and her father. Nystin, a thirteen year old heir to the 'throne' of the Browns, John's enemy is somehow involved in Kena's life. At first, she dislikes him after the embarrassment she got from him, he apologies and they become best of friends. Of recent, she notices similar energy in Nystin that she possesses but she ignores it. Their friendship turns to something else and he becomes her crush, always hugging and holding hands. A school's tree house party gives milk to Kena finding out about who Nystin really is. On a tree branch, Nystin narrates the story of his life to her which includes him being the grandson of the Devil and him being her secret guardian. Nystin finally gives her the answer she wants, except for the 'do u love me' question she asked. Kena and Nystin become enemies but Lucifer is out to destroy Nystin and Kena's life and it's up to both of them to put their differences aside and protect their family
