CHAPTER 99.

"Right. We have to be careful and do everything to persuade her. But why do you think she moved to another city instead of looking after her sister?" With his attention still on the splendid scenery out the plane window, Draco asked out of nowhere without thinking.

Upon hearing this particular question, Emma closed the magazine and flopped it back on the circular table in front of her before answering.

"Maybe she lost hope of finding justice for her missing sister. Sometimes, when you are powerless and you can't do anything… all you can do is to give up." Emma answered with a melancholic tone of voice as her face. With her line of sight on the floor, Emma pursed her lips as she remembered the incident that happened to her older brother.

Upon hearing that, Draco shifted his head to Emma's direction as he saw the hint of sadness on her face. Maybe that was a bad question to ask. Draco thought to himself.
