"Good morning!"

Sung-ho is jerked awake as his sister jumps onto his chest. Her knee plunges into his chest.

"Uuuugggghhhh! You're too old for that!"

Ha-yeon just smiles a crooked grin as she giggles hysterically. The grin grows more and more crooked as she continues to giggle.

"How did you even get into my room?"

Ha-yeon leaps onto the bed next to Sung-ho's as she bounces off the sheets.

"She let me inside!"

Ha-yeon points a crooked finger towards Hye-eun who locks eyes with Sung-ho. Sung-ho gives her a death stare as she winces back startled. Hye-eun could feel his disappointment, as if he was reaching into her soul.

"Ugh! What's on the schedule today?

Hye-eun reaches into her bag and pulls out a notebook planner. She quickly flips to her bookmarked page and begins reading to Sung-ho.

"Uh~~ today we have another meeting with the South Korean raiders, but first we have a business meeting with XXXX sports and armor brand because they want to sponsor you, and then we have free time."

Sung-ho yawns as he sits up in his bed. He stretches his arms out as he gets out of bed.

"Why does XXXX want to sponsor me?"

Hye-eun forms a confused expression. As if she was silently judging him.

"They try to sponsor every SS rank. Currently, XXXX sponsors 487 SS rank raiders."

Sung-ho's expression changes to that of pure greed as a crooked smile forms from his lower jaw.

"Will I get a lot of money if I get sponsored?"

"Yes."

"Driver, let's stop here for a quick snack."

As per Ha-yeon's request, the driver of their vehicle stops at a petrol station and opens the door for her.

"Thank you!"

Ha-yeon runs inside the store with Sung-ho and Hye-eun in tow.

"She doesn't have any money does she?" (Sung-ho)

"Not United States money." (Hye-eun)

Sung-ho reaches into his wallet and grabs the credit card his mother gave him.

"We can use this."

Sung-ho walks inside the store to see Ha-yeon getting yelled at by a man at the pay station.

Sung-ho couldn't understand what he was saying because he didn't speak English but he could tell that what he was saying was rude and he meant every word.

*Clap*

Sung-ho slams his hands together, causing an ear curdling and heart reaching sound to play out. It was as if gravity had shifted. The station shakes from the shockwave as ripples begin to form on the ceiling.

The store clerk begins to pray to himself.

The argument ceases almost immediately. Ha-yeon walks over to Sung-ho as the man stands there petrified. He wanted to run, but his pride wouldn't let him.

He scrunches his face out of anger as his eyes become covered by the shade of his hair.

Sung-ho turns to Ha-yeon.

"So how did this argument begin?"

Ha-yeon points her finger towards the man.

"I accidently bumped into him and he got upset."

Sung-ho fixes his gaze onto the man's bruised hands. He grabs Ha-yeon by the head and begins to inspect every part of her face.

"Did he hit you?"

"N-no."

Sung-ho takes the chips from her hand and motions her to go outside.

Sung-ho grabs a chocolate for himself and Hye-eun grabs herself a bag of pretzels.

"Are you ready to pay or do you want something else?"

"Oh, I'm good."

After paying for their snacks, they head back to the car where everyone is waiting.

"Ah! Mr. Yoo! Welcome!"

A blonde man wearing a tuxedo is sitting at a desk in front of Sung-ho. The stack of papers in his hand is covered by a tan folder.

"I have already laid out the entire contract for you. If you wear our armor while doing dungeons then we will pay you 2.3 billion won, and you will receive that payment every six months."

Sung-ho rubbed his chin as he thought.

'That could be a really good deal. But I'm not fond of being a walking advertisement!'

*Knock* (x3)

*Click*

*Swing*

In walks a man. Sung-ho could recognize him immediately. The man also recognizes Sung-ho. He freezes the second they lock eyes. Like a slithering snake, he can feel the cold grip of death caressing his neck and head as it tightens around his waist.

The blonde man is taken aback by his display of cowardice. Sung-ho turns to the blonde man, and speaks in a thunderous and threatening voice. The blonde man is having the same feeling of fear creep down his spine.

"What is that man to you!?"

Sung-ho has his finger pointed towards the man.

"He- he's just one of my secretaries! Please calm down!"

Sung-ho wasn't pleased to hear this. He had nothing but disdain for this man, he didn't want to work with him, let alone see him.

"I think we're done here.!"

Sung-ho gets up from his seat and calmly walks past the trembling man.

The blonde man calls out to him one last time as Sung-ho gives him the finger.

"How did it go?"

Hye-eun was wide-eyed, awaiting his response.

"They don't work. Let's just go to the meeting with the South Korean raiders."

"Ugh! Very well."

Hye-eun quickly scribbles the sponsorship off her list. She was upset to see it go but she was too scared to ask him why. He was still emanating a sinister aura of death.

She gulps down the words as she decides it's best to stay quiet.

*Gulp*

Ha-yeon wasn't scared to ask him. She leans her head forwards and whispers into Sung-ho's ear.

*"So, why won't it work?"*

"Well, It's just not for me."

***

The car pulls into an almost empty parking lot. The building is a large office space with a room big enough to support the meeting.

"Looks like we aren't the first ones here."

Sung-ho says with a chuckle.

"Yep! Let's go inside!" (Hye-eun)

Hye-eun leads Sung-ho away.
