He would never beg to a god.

"I see, that's good then, looks like sending Rachael this time worked well, she doesn't joke around." Jeanne spoke, seated on top of Richard's mansion house.

Dafahiel, standing behind her, spoke, her mask uncovering her face…

"It's daylight, there will be lots of witnesses, shall we wait till night falls, or do you plan to make our moves now?." She asked.

"Doesn't look like we have a choice, I'm sure Lord Chaos knows already, I wouldn't want to disappoint him by not taking care of the little bugs before he gets there." Jeanne responded, before she rose to her feet.

"Get the rest of the Black Haven, our destination, South walo."

...…

Wooooosh!

Like a ghost, Azaryah leaped from building to building, heading towards his needed destination, South walo.

Stopping on top of a building, he could see it. South walo, a huge landscape with multiple oval looking buildings.

Everything from the main base, to the soldiers walking around the camp was spotted by him, although, even he was a bit taken aback by the sight.

"So this is the head base of the Higurashi group? They must be rich if they can afford a place like this." Azaryah spoke, his eyes still fixed on the sight.

"Should I wait for the rest before I attack, uhn?"....

Immediately, he leaped back, his legs and hand scraping the bricks off the roof and almost immediately, a man holding a huge hammer landed in front of him.

"Well well well, you must be part of that annoying organization going around causing problems for the big dogs." The man spoke with a smile, his hammer now resting on his shoulder.

"And you,... are from The Higurashi Group…?" Azaryah asked, his face covered under his cloak as he slowly stood to his feet.

"Oh? So you know of us? Well, I guess it was expected since you guys went around destroying our bases," The man smirked, "Thankfully, our organization is not just filled with one group."

"What?"

Before Azaryah could raise his question, the man charged forward, his hammer glowing as he suddenly closed the distance.

"You'd fight me when there are so many witnesses around?!" Yelled Azaryah.

His fingers danced, and blue glowing threads began to take form, they wrapped themselves around the man's hammer, shifting the trajectory just a bit to the right so he had enough chance to dodge.

Baam!

The hammer connected with the rooftop, and instantly, the building collapsed, debris flying everywhere as the area was covered in dust.

From the dust, came Azaryah, leaping out with the man chasing after him with a smile….

"Come on!" The man yelled, swinging his hammer again.

Azaryah reacted, his palm opened for webs to charge out, before they molded into a huge scythe.

Clank!

Both the scythe and the hammer collided, the booms, shattering near by windows from carriages and buildings,

Nearby people began screaming, some running for their dear lives, others trying to catch a glimpse of the two people fighting.

"Tch, you're pretty good for a demon, you are seriously going to make me go all out!!"

Boooom!

They both landed in the middle of the street, where all eyes were on them, everyone were both curious and shaking in fear.

Azaryah looked around,

'Lady Jeane isn't going to be happy about this, I need to get back to….'

"Ahhhh!"

The man's scream suddenly interrupted Azaryah, a huge flow of magic enveloping the man's body, with wind blowing all around him.

Azaryah sighed….

"Looks like I don't have a choice,"

Without any second thoughts, he charged forward, both his hands stretched to the side, as he increased his speed.

The man seeing as Azaryah was closing the distance grinned, his grip around his hammer tightening, his eyes glowing a yellowish hue as wind blew around him.

Azaryah didn't panic, webs shot out of his hands, they stuck to two carts beside him, and with every strength in his body, he sent them flying towards the man.

"Do better!" The man yelled, lifting his hammer and slamming it against the carts. The impact left the earth flattened, and everything around him in total destruction.

Buildings crumbled, carriages tossed around and water sparkling from the ground as the broken pipes stuck out.

But throughout all these, Azaryah was still standing, his position, right behind the man, who was frozen in shock to see his opponent was still standing.

Poooow!

Azaryah sent a fast jab to the man's ribs, the power sending the man crashing into the rubbles of the buildings.

But before the man could even stand up, Azaryah shot his webs at him, pulling him up from the ground and towards him.

Boom!

Another punch to the man's face, that sent the man flying, only to be pulled back by the webs to receive another punch, and this kept going until eventually, Azaryah decided to let go.

The man's body collided with the ground, his form scraping the ground from the massive tumble.

While Azaryah landed safely on the ground, his eyes never left his opponent, he could hear the screams and cries of civilians running in the background.

"Did I make the right call? Lord Chaos always said, if you see your enemy, it's on sight… people saw us fighting though, ugh I can't tell…." Azaryah panicked, gripping his head as he looked to the sky.

Cough!! Cough!!

The man was slowly rising from the ground, his face covered in blood, and his hammer resting powerlessly on the ground.

"Outstanding… who knew, a demon could be this powerful, may I… know your name?" The man asked, unable to open his left eye.

"Azaryah."

"I see…"

Cough!

"With a strength like yours, we can easily achieve our goals, why don't you join us? You are a demon, humans oppress your kind, don't you find it unfair,...."

"Uhh?"

"Our goal is to reanimate the god Hidira, the goddess who walked the earth, and saved the world from itself. She will cleanse the world upon her awakening. What do you say, you could be a part of a life changing experience…. If you beg, I'm sure god Hidira would forgive your ignorance and let even your leader join our side"

"I have to pass, I only serve one true master,"

"Your master would win against a god?" The man asked, irritation showing on his face.

Webs began to form in Azaryah's hand, forming into two words with red flames dancing on them.

"My master knows nothing of defeat, and would never beg for mercy from anyone, not you, not Higurashi, and definitely not a sick god!".
