Cat Slayer
The story takes place in the near future of 2075 in France. "Cat Slayer" focuses on the androids. Their appearance is similar to cats, but with several differences, namely horn on the forehead and the presence of red markings on their chest. Unfortunately, there is a virus called which is infecting the androids and causing malfunction.
Number 11 is the main character of the series: Initially held in a facility after being infected by the virus, located off the coast of Cannes, he manages to escape and wreak havoc, but is injured in the process, an event which causes him to develop a secondary, childlike personality known as Mao.
Mao is found by two locals the orphan Marron and her little brother Nino. They take him in, and become involved with the numerous, often brutal, attempts to recapture him by a government and a number of other androids, who shift frequently from oblivious to murderous.
