Prologue: Morgunsar's Origin

'A long time ago, humanity once reached the peak of technology, it was the prehistoric age where magic, gods and any fictitious series never existed. However, an unexpected apocalypse event happened which the world faced, and changed the remaining millennials of future histories. In science, it was believed that the earth rotates around the sun, however it stopped. The other half of the world faced eternal night and cold, as for the other side experienced days of sunlight and heat. It was a devastating event in history where it was slowly forgotten after chronological passage of time. Celestial entities took pity on humanity and decided to visit the earth's word line and provide a new world.

Helios-- the entity of sun, became the god of sun descended to the world's skies and became the light. He, who provided essentials for the living and became the ruler of the skies.

Mani-- the entity of darkness, the beholder of beauty and the dim lights of the night, thus became the goddess of the moon. Her followers often refer to her as 'Celeste' and she, who gave birth to stars and serves as guide for navigators.

Chronos-- the entity of flow, holds time as well as the weaver of fate, wisest of the wise.

With the help of the three main gods and goddesses, along with the other minor celestial beings, humanity who nearly lost hope started from scratch once again. Over some time peace was finally established, and the Morgunsar continent united all people. Magic arose and merged with technology, humanity once again advances.

However, over the thousand years of people had finally adjusted to a new type of environmental reality, tragedy befell once again. The goddess of moon, Mani, suddenly died of poison, her blood that was once pure got tainted in virulent and spread throughout the entire continent thus a new disastrous plague eventuated.

The age of darkness, where the goddess's blood became vicious monsters that haunted the people, and were called 'dark hounds' caused another cataclysm.

As if the continent had another strike of unfortunate luck, the god of time suddenly disappeared, which reverted the world back to its former apocalyptic state, whereas the continent was cut in half. The world stopped revolving once again, people started drifting apart and amongst the chaos war occurred as well. As if the world has finally met its end alas, another hope befell again.

Apollo, a star, one of Helios's sons, descended directly upon the lands of Morgunsar and became the hero who defeated all dark hounds, as well as its king, united the drifted kingdoms waging war against each other's throats. He was a sole ruler, with the help of his three companions, which became the three dukedoms and duchies, forged the previous Apollo empire. He, who was a loyal son to his benevolent father, dedicated his empire to the doctrines of his family, excluding a secret that the majority does not know.

When 500 years have passed by for the Apollo empire of the daylight side, humanity once again continues to advance, however, there was a dividing fraction. Those who wished to continue to pursue a new type of science, called; the Energiesteine faction. Those who believed and wished to stay as traditionalists and follow the footsteps of Apollo's glory; the Holy faction. Now evolved to the current empire we know, the two powerful empires; the Helios empire that rose through economics and technology and created new engines and mechanics with the help of discovering new energy stones of Helios, and the Holy empire, those who improved its state of economy with the help of sacred artifacts and devotion to spirits and multiple deities. For the crowd's eyes it was the golden age of peace, unbeknown to the rest that corruption and internal conflicts between diplomats and rulers occur behind their backs.

{ 500 years in the future... }

My father once told me- "Seek the truth, the clues of Azathoth", even now this narrator still does not understand the truth even though it is now in front of me. All along, despite the pride I hold towards the great histories in this world, the love I had for the knowledge of the truths.

Was all the loss that was along the way worth it to pay for this knowledge that this alchemist desperately searches for in her entirety of life? I do not know, one thing for sure is that the companions I met along the way and that each fate and life will have its way intertwined with one another. Even after the revelation of the very 'truth' the very reason as to why I started this journey shall continue on to witness my comrade's journey to seek their own truth as well, thus I guess my story did not end yet.
