Chapter "Strike Of Demon Prodigy"

Subaru, lost in Hisashi's flashbacks, struggled to regain his focus.

Kosuke Sensei's voice pierced through, "Come on, Subaru, just one point in ten minutes. Doesn't seem impossible, does it?" Closing his eyes briefly, Subaru reopened them with determination, fixing his gaze on Kosuke.

With a voice brimming with determination, Subaru declared, "I accept." Gossips began to echo in the dojo, while Taiga and Todoka exchanged smiles. Kosuke Sensei, also smiling, announced, "Alright then, take your positions."

Subaru, his anger palpable, assumed his position with unwavering determination. Meanwhile, as Taiga moved to take his position, Kosuke signaled for him to come to him.

Taiga approached Kosuke, standing close to him. Kosuke smiled, leaning in slightly, and whispered, "Finish him." Taiga gaze at Kosuke with disbelief.

Kosuke smiled and added “Let the Demon come out” A wild grin spread across Taiga's face as he nodded in agreement. With confidence and an arrogant smile, he walked to his position.

Subaru and Taiga locked eyes. Subaru appeared focused and furious, while Taiga remained relaxed, sporting a confident smile.

As the whistle echoed through the dojo, Subaru and Hisashi began to circle the ring, both searching for an opening. Suddenly, Subaru charged towards Taiga with anger, launching a powerful kick. However, Taiga skillfully sidestepped, effortlessly evading the attack.

With swift precision, Subaru aimed another spinning kick towards Taiga's face, but his attempt was thwarted as Taiga caught his ankle, wearing a confident smile. In a fluid motion, Taiga swiftly spun around, delivering a powerful punch to Subaru's jaw. Blood sprayed from Subaru's mouth as he staggered backward.

Taiga advanced, executing a rapid spin and delivering a vicious kick to Subaru's skull. The impact sent Subaru crashing to the ground, blood now streaming from his mouth as he lay sprawled on the floor.

As Taiga maintained his confident stance, a smile gracing his lips, Subaru gritted his teeth and pushed himself upright, battling through the pain. With determination fueling his actions, Subaru charged at Taiga, throwing punches with furious intent, but Taiga effortlessly danced out of harm's way, his movements graceful and precise.

In a sudden twist of motion, Taiga spun around and delivered a punishing kick to Subaru's abdomen, the impact sending Subaru sprawling through the air until he crashed heavily to the ground, the force of the blow leaving him gasping for air.

All the students and Kosuke wore smiles as Taiga assumed his fighting stance once more.

Struggling to stand straight, Subaru rose to his feet and charged at Taiga once again, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks in a desperate attempt to score a point. However, Taiga effortlessly evaded each attack with swift movements. Seizing an opportunity, Taiga caught hold of one of Subaru's kicks and swiftly retaliated with a front kick to Subaru's shoulder, causing him to stagger backward.

In a swift motion, Taiga closed the distance between them, leaping forward and raising one leg high before bringing it down with force, striking Subaru's skull.

Subaru's face met the ground with a sickening thud, blood beginning to spread across his face as he lay there motionless. Taiga resumed his fighting stance, wearing a satisfied smile.

Kosuke joined in with a smirk, taunting Subaru, "Come on, Subaru, you still have five minutes." But Subaru remained unmoving.

As Taiga stood straight, turned his back on Subaru and confidently advanced towards Kosuke Sensei whose voice cut through the air, "What's the matter, Subaru? Is that all you've got? Giving up on your friend just like that?"

Taiga closed the distance, but Kosuke's smile broadened suddenly. The other students also began to smile, their eyes fixed behind Taiga.

Taiga smiled and turned around to find Subaru standing, blood dripping from his head, yet determined.

With a smile, Taiga gestured for Subaru to come at him. Anger fuelled Subaru who let out a fierce scream and charged towards Taiga, who watched him with a confident grin.

Subaru charged forward, aiming a punch at Taiga's nose, but Taiga smoothly sidestepped, delivering a powerful uppercut to Subaru's chin. Blood sprayed into the air as Subaru staggered backward, but he quickly regained his balance and with a swift motion he launched another punch at Taiga. Once more, Taiga dodged to the side, countering with the same punch to the same spot on Subaru's chin.

As Subaru staggered back, blood spilling from his mouth and his legs trembling with pain, Taiga gazed at him with a smile.

However, Subaru remained rooted to the spot, his expression still filled with rage. Slowly, he began to walk towards Taiga, whose smile faded into a serious expression. In a whisper, Taiga uttered, "Playtime is over, kid.”

As Taiga charged towards him, Subaru swung his fist, aiming for Taiga's face. With agile reflexes, Taiga dodged the punch by spinning around, then swiftly retaliated with another brutal uppercut to Subaru's jaw.

Subaru staggered back, reeling from the blow, but before he could collapse, Taiga surged forward once more. With a powerful leap, he spun through the air, delivering a devastating kick to Subaru's face. The force of the impact sent Subaru crashing to the ground, blood spurting from his mouth as his eyes glazed over. He lay still, unmoving, as the intensity of the blow rendered him motionless.

A thick silence enveloped the dojo as Subaru lay sprawled on the ground, blood staining his face. Meanwhile, Taiga stood in his fighting stance, a triumphant smile adorning his face.
