The Emerald Forest and the Results

After Pyrrha found me in the Forest, we started talking as we made our way to a relic, she told me the name of her weapons Miló and Akoúo̱, and Jaune Arc as we continued to walk and talk I noticed shes extremely friendly and pretty.

"So we are going to be teammates, that's nice, I wonder who else we will find," I said as we walked through the bushes.

Pyrrha puts on a thoughtful expression, "Maybe Weiss, she wanted to team up with me,"

We keep moving forward; I know Weiss will end up in the RWBY team, meaning we would probably end with Ren and Nora, as we continue to walk through the Forest killing Grimm every few minutes we found an interesting place.

We were standing at the mouth of a dark cave, with drawings in the walls are glowing the drawings involving armed men against giant beasts.

"The hunters of the old, I suppose," I said admiring the art.

Pyrrha hummed at my comment, "I'm not sure, but probably."

Suddenly and completely unexpectedly, the ground breaks beneath us, sucking us deeper into the cave.

Pyrrha as she gets up, "What was that?"

"I think it was meant to happen, so perhaps we are getting close to the relic," I said not remembering Pyrrah or Jaune falling in the series.

Pyrrha nods, "Sounds like it,"

We continued onward through the cave until we see a large glowing point of gold right in front of us, illuminating the cave entirely.

Pyrrha looks at me looking for approval on what to do; next, I nod, and she then turns to the glowing point of gold, and she slowly reaches out to grab it, "We got the relic," as soon as she said that the relic raises her above the ground.

"Okayy," I said seeing Pyrrha levitate If I remember correctly was Jaune the one that levitated.

Pyrrha worried looks at me, "So is this suppose to happen?"

"Not sure," I tilt my head not sure, to be honest.

As the relic starts to glow more a pair of red glowing eyes appear, a Death Stalker.

"Bring it on ugly," I said, pulling my Glaive out.

Pyrrha follows suit and takes out her weapons, "I'll cover you, but first we need to take the Death Stalker out of the cave."

Nodding I proceeded to shoot at the bastard to gain his attention, as soon as I did, I started running towards the light, so we could fight the monster in an open space, "Come over ugly, let's dance!"

Leaving the cave, Pyrrha attacks the monster from behind and rushes out right before the monster attacks her, roaring in anger the monster looks at us and waving its grass-encrusted claws to us.

With a soft chuckle, Pyrrha said, "It seems ugly is not happy,"

"I think you're right," I said laughing.

Pyrrha wielding Akoúo̱ in front of the creature, "I'll divert the creature's attention, you cut the stinger."

"Roger that!" I said, moving to the backside of the creature.

As we fight the monster I tried to slash its tail off failing because the monster was really hard to cut, the creature ignores me and chases Pyrrha.

Pyrrha shouts while shooting her weapon, "Keep trying, and I'll keep his attention!"

Running behind the beast, I shout back, "Roger! But I think we need a bit more firepower to take it down! my weapon is not even denting this thing!"

From afar, I see Ruby standing up, looking at us and the monster and shouting, "Holly molly!"

Seeing Ruby on the line of attack of the Monster I shout advising her to move out of the way, "Ruby! move and help me cut its tail!"

Ruby nods and jumps with her weapon on the trees and finds Yang close.

Ruby excited hugs her sister, "Yang!"

Nora comes between the two and knocking them off-balance in surprise, "Nora reporting for service! hehe!"

The scorpion Grimm continues to follow Pyrrha as she runs, with me slashing his tail back and forth, with the occasional blast that Pyrrha uses to keep the beast focused on her.

Blake looked at us and said, "Did they just run all the way here with a Death Stalker?"

Yang getting angrier until she growls and erupts in a small burst of fire, eyes flashing red, "I can't take it anymore! Can everyone just chill out for two seconds before something crazy happens again?!"

"Who you guys patch up later! we need help god dang it!" I shout, getting everyone's attention.

"Sorry hot stuff, let's go!" Yang shouts running towards the Death Stalker.

Ruby joins, shouting her cute battle cry, "Wahazaaaa~."

Weiss comes in shouting, "HOW COULD YOU LEAVE ME ALONE, RUBY!" but once she sees the situation calms down and helps.

The Death Stalker is still hunting Pyrrha I'm kinda hurt the monster is not even turning back to attack me maybe I should use inertia to with Semblance to get some extra power to cut its tail.

Yang punches the monster pushing in it back a little, "Great! The gang's all here! Now we can die together!"

"How about we not?" I said with a chuckle.

Ruby joins in the laugh, "Yeah, I still have a lot of stuff to do before dying hehe," finishing her sentence she jumps to attack the monster with a powerful battle cry.

Yang shouts at her sister, "Ruby, wait!"

Ruby, still screaming, fires Crescent Rose and charges at the oncoming Death Stalker. When the two meet, the Grimm swipes Ruby away, and she is knocked back, the Grimm proceeds to try and stab her with its stinger, but I move and grab Ruby avoiding her imminent death.

Ruby dazed thanks to the attack, looks at me, "D-Do-Don't worry! Totally fine!"

"Yeah how about we use our brains?" I said, looking at her.

Ruby gets off my arms and turns back to the monster and shoots it in the skull, running away from it and sheathing her scythe as the Death Stalker now goes after her.

"I got this!" Ruby said.

"Ruby!" Yang shouts running towards her sister.

Ruby rushes towards Yang, but the Nevermore caws above us, flapping its wings and releasing lines of sharpened feathers with points that catch on Ruby's cape and prevent Yang from reaching her.

"Well, shit just got complicated!" I said while blasting some shoots at the Nevermore.

Yang having a panic attack, look at her trapped sister, "Ruby, get out of there! JACK HELP HER!"

Ruby struggling with her cloak "I'm trying!"

"On my way sexy," I said rushing towards Ruby, Yang never calls me by my name, so she was serious.

As I approach Ruby The Death Stalker approaches, raising its stinger above a scared Ruby and heading down on the helpless girl, I rush and carry Ruby above my head as the stinger comes down on me.

Yang trying to reach out in vain, "Jack!"

A white blur races past Yang and reaches us and the stinger just as it's about to pierce me, well kinda I had my Semblance active meaning I was in no real danger.

Weiss looks at Ruby and looks at me and lets a breath of relief, "You are so childish! Ruby! you almost killed Jack because you need to show off!"

Ruby opens her eyes to the sight of the stinger encased in ice and lowers as she stares at me her saviour, and Weiss I guess.

Ruby, with tears in her eyes, "I'm sorry, Jack... It was... never my intention."

Weiss not having any of that continues to berate Ruby, " You are dim-witted, and hyperactive, and don't even get me started on your fighting style. And I suppose I can be a bit... difficult... but if we're going to do this, we're going to have to do this together. So if you quit trying to show off, I'll be... nicer."

"Weiss calm down, I was never in real danger," I said getting a few 'are you freaking crazy looks from my friends', "I'll explain later,"

Weiss looks at me, "I'll take you up on that,"

Ruby breathes a sigh of relief when I put her again on the ground, then closes her eyes and clasps her hands then she readies her weapon and stares at the Death Stalker as it struggles to escape with its tail trapped in the ice, "Time to finish this!"

Yang rushes up to Ruby and gives her a hug which Ruby grunts at upon receiving, then she gives me a hug, "Thank you!... thank you."

I look at Weiss, "Weiss, give me all your dust; I have an idea."

Weiss looks at me and without questioning gives me her dust, "Here you go, the rest is inside my weapon, do you need it?"

Loading my gauntlets and glaive with her dust and readying them up I said, "No, keep the nevermore occupied, I will end this Death Stalker now,"

The girls nod as I proceed to activate my Sharingan and my semblance, running towards the beast using once again the ejective property of my semblance I repeatedly catapulted myself from the trees, rocks and the floor while using my Sharingan in the short intervals that my semblance allows me to see, I located the weak point on the creatures once I located the weak point, in this case, for the Death Stalker the belly and the Nevermore the eyes I proceeded to attack with my gauntlet at blinding speeds at the monster, using the dust Weiss gave me the explosion created a hole that pierced the beast to the back.

"Holy! Molly! he did again!" Ruby shouted, cheering me.

"Pyrrha the eyes!" I shout, getting a nod from her.

Propelling myself from the ground with my semblance and using my glaive to shoot and gain speed I started to spin with the intention to use inertia plus gravity and the dust explosion to cut the beast head off, using the other half of the dust Weiss gave me I attacked the beast neck bringing it down to the ground, Pyrrha taking the opportunity pierces the beast on the eyes with her spear.

"Thanks, I'm glad you got that," I said, thanking Pyrrha.

"I knew you had a plan and as your teammate, it was obvious to support you," Pyrrha said, waving my thanks off.

Ruby goes over and grabs a gold knight one of the relics, and I take hold of a gold rook, smiling at each other.

"Hold up, if you had the power to end the beast, why now?" Yang demands to know, maybe thinking I endangered her sister.

"He didn't have the firepower before," Weiss comes to save the day, "He might have the speed and technique necessary to deal with the beast, but he didn't have a weapon strong enough to kill them, so he used all my dust to create a chemical explosion that multiplied his attack power many folds,"

"Correct Princess, not only you're a beauty, but you also have brains," I said thanking the Gods she saved.

"Of course!" Weiss said with a faint blush.

Yang only nods with her rage dying down.

"Let's go back, we found the relics, no reason to stay here and wait for our doom," I said.

Getting nods of approval from everyone, Blake looks for some reason uncomfortable with me, like I remind her of someone, I sure hope it's not Adam.

As we made our way back to the base, we encountered a few more Grimms, but having Nora, Ren, Pyrrha, Ruby, Blake, Weiss and Yang with me was kinda overkill for the poor creatures.

Once we get to the auditorium, we take some seats and relax after a long day we wait for Ozpin whom as soon as he appears he starts sorting us out.

Ozpin starts talking, "Russel Thrush. Cardin Winchester. Dove Bronzewing. Sky Lark," the screen of the auditorium shows each of their profiles as the boys are lined up for the applauding audience to see as Ozpin continues, "The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team CRDL, led by... Cardin Winchester!"

The audience gives one more wave of ovation, while four students walk up to the stage to take their places in front of the headmaster as their faces fill the screen.

Ozpin continues, "Jack Stark. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR."

Amid the clapping, Nora laughs and gives Ren a hug.

Ozpin looks at me with a dare I say creepy smile, "Led by... Jack Stark."

'You old bastard,' I thought.

A grinning Pyrrha offers a friendly hug in congratulations on my new role.

Ozpin then continues, "And finally, Blake Belladonna. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee. Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team RWBY. Led by... Ruby Rose!"

Weiss looks to her right surprised, where Ruby is obviously in shock as Yang goes over to hug her sister.

Yang hugs her sister, "I'm so proud of you!"

In unknown prison during the night someone sees the moon through a jail window, providing a view to the outside world, this someone is Roman, Roman smiles knowing his associates will break him out soon and that he will enact his revenge on the kid that humiliated him, a person appears cutting the metal bars and proceeding to hit Roman on the gut making him puke a bit, Roman angrily slams his fist on the ground,

"We don't tolerate failure, and being beaten by a child is the purest kind of failure," The figure said in a demeaning tone, "Now next time this happens, I won't bust you out, I will kill you."

"Next time I will kill that bastard," Roman said, slamming his fist again on the floor bleeding a bit.
