Gina puts the phone down as she sighs.

[Well, sorry Rem. It looks like there was no one with those names looking for a blue haired child wearing a kotatsu.]

Young Rem just swings her legs around, staying quiet. In hopes of not disturbing this person.

Gina walks to Rem and looks at her.

[D-don't worry. They might not be looking for you but I think-

[Rem: Gina-san… I think… I think my parents are dead, maybe my sister as well…]

[Gina: Wh...huh? What do you mean?]

Rem decides to explain it all, crying half way. Even after all of that, this woman thinks she picked up a weird child.

Everything she said just now, doesn't seem believable.

Gina gets up and goes to get a juice box from her fridge and she hands it to Rem.

Rem looks at it and at her, wondering what that thing is.

[Gina: uhm, it's a drink, Rem. You're saying a bunch of things I might not understand, so I'm guessing you're thirsty, and oh what the heck you might be hungry as well.]

Rem looks at the juice box.

She slowly reaches out to it and finally she takes it and she looks at it.

Where does she drink from it exactly…?

Gina sees that Rem seems to be confused with the juice box, so she takes it and takes the straw behind the box and she inserts it to the juice box and then gives it back to Rem.

Rem tries to drink from the straw, but with the juice box high up that some of it is spelling on to Rem.

[Gina, Mind: O-Oh my god, who is this kid's parents, and why is she so clueless even to a juice box? Is she really not from here??]

*Sigh*

[Well, I have no choice to take her in with me. O-otherwise those bad adoption centres will. I don't like children being abused, so disgusting…]

Rem just spilled like all of the juice on her and wonders what she did wrong.

It's been a month now, Gina is not able to track down where Rem's parents are.

So she decides to adopt Rem.

She has no choice since she doesn't want this cute child to be taken away by some strangers and Rem is already kind of attached to Gina.

It's been a while since Rem has done something clueless. Gina is proud that Rem is a fast learner.

She just heard a bang on the other side of the room.

[Gina: Rem~ What are you doing up there? You seem to be making a lot of noise.]

[Rem: I-It's nothing! Rem is just… reading.]

Gina drops what she is doing and she takes a look at what Rem is seriously doing and what do you know.

Rem made a huge mess.

[Gina: *sigh* Just what were you doing Rem that made all of this mess?]

Rem stands up and rubs her feet on the floor looking away.

[Gina: C'mon. What is it?]

Rem looks at her with puppy eyes and then looks away handling her a card.

Gina raises an eyebrow as she takes it and opens it.

She looks at Rem and back at the letter.

[Rem: I-Its okay if you don't like it, Rem kind of was bad at compliments anyways.]

[Gina: I like it…? … I love it, Rem! I can't believe you would actually write me a mother's day care.]

Rem looks at her.

[R-really?]

[Gina: Mhm! It's very heartwarming that you have written this for me, but I think there's someone else that deserves this, don't you think?]

[Rem: Who Gina-san?]

Gina giggles as she looks at Rem.

[Your mother, silly.]

Rem smiles as she nods.

[Gina: Uhm, t-that's great to hear Rem! But uhm… i was talking about your real mother, you have a sister yes?]

[Rem: Sister?]

Gina nods.

[Yes! Was it… Ah that's right! It was Ram! Was it?]

[Rem: Yeah! I think about my mother.]

[Ram: ... mother?]

Subaru looks at Rem and Ram as Rem nods.

[Rem: *! Look! The village is near us! Come on!]

Rem runs to the village, almost tripping as Subaru sticks to Ram.

[...Ram-chi. Do you think…]

[...I'm not sure, Barusu. I have to look closer to see if it's really her or not, somewhere in Ram's heart believes she is, but the other parts say the opposite.]

Subaru backs off Ram a little bit as they see Rem just wave at them, waiting for the both of them to come.
