Spiritual Roots were divided into -Bronze, Silver, Golden ,Diamond and Mystic which were further divided into low, middle ,high and peak. To elaborate more trough from what I've learned is that the highest seen on this planet was peak-Diamond roots, With their help you're able to absorb the Essence from this world in your body then being able to refine it and fill your dantian , Middle-Bronze allows the user to only 10% refinement from single circulation (Author;I am gonna use percentages as its easier to have some understanding comparison) d and for example middle-Golden allows 65% refinement from a circulation and that makes it easier to fill the dantian and breakthrough, the difference was enormous .(bronze 20%,silver-40%..with low middle high and peak being 5 %)

Also nearly every roots will have higher affinity with 1 or more elements that exist in the surroundings from the basic ones being(Fire,Water,Earth,Air, some rare cases there are others ,but they have very special situation) which allows them to refine essence quicker for example if you have fire affinity and cultivate in place with higher concentration in fire essence that allows additional 5% in refining, but i certainly see why that's important to everyone especially for the early stages of cultivation, also there are special crystals formed from the nature with essence in them.That means my sister will have 85% refinement is she manages to get the crystals for her affinity which definitely puts her already in the leading spots for fast cultivation.

As Recalling all these thing it was finally my sister being called out. I watched her as she went up the stage and putted her hand on the crystal ball and it lighted brightly with 3 colours, the examiner screamed "High-golden spirit roots with triple elements" after that everyone present had its mouth agape I laughed in my head from what i was seeing' hehehe just look how great my sister is ants'

My sister quickly ran back and went to me with smile"Little brother, didn't i tell you i was amazing, just looking at everyones reactions"she giggled
