Reborn in my hero academia with lightning and water manipulation

Lucy's day was going great she had just left school and was going to buy the next My Hero Academia manga volumes she needed. She had just finished volume 30 and was really excited for what was to come she knew some of it because she was behind, and she had seen some spoilers She didn't know if she should be sad or happy because from what she saw things only got better from there. Lucy was happily thinking to herself what was going to happen in the next arc of My Hero Academia as she imagined some of the things that could happen in the next volume she saw a little girl crossing the street without looking both ways and there was a speeding truck heading right towards the little girl it looked like the driver had passed out the little girl saw the truck and froze in fear without thinking Lucy ran towards the little girl trying to save her and was able to push her out the way. 

But unfortunately for herself, she was hit by the truck and was sent flying into the air. Lucy felt pain all over her body she knew she was going to die but, in the distance, she heard the little girl crying and felt that that she had done a good thing. Lucy Saw the little girl's parents running and hugging her it looked like they were calling the ambulance, but Lucy felt the light slowly leaving her eyes and felt her body getting colder and just like that she had died. When Lucy regained consciousness she found herself an avoid of darkness When she looked around all she saw was nothing She also noticed that she didn't have a body anymore she was just a floating shiny ball, She guessed that this was her soul she started thinking about her life and regrets she hoped that her family would be able to get past her death and have a good life. She also felt pity for herself because she was alive for 18 years and was not even able to get one girlfriend. 

As she was soaking thinking of all the things she couldn't do when she was alive suddenly a bright light appeared in the darkness. When the bright light went away in its place Lucy saw the most beautiful woman, she had ever seen in her life she put every single model in her past life to shame with her beauty. As Lucy was Floating there thinking of how Gorgeous this woman was, she soundly started talking to her she said Hello Lucy. I am a goddess of reincarnation and saw your final moments of saving that girl I would like to offer you a different way to reincarnate. 

Lucy was floating there listening to the words that the goddess was saying she wasn't that surprised that she was a goddess because she had read Fanfictions Really The only reason, she hadn't figured out what was happening was because she was still shocked due to her death. OK now that the goddess was here Lucy had an idea of what was happening, and she was excited but there was one thing she didn't understand what did the goddess mean by a different way of reincarnation did that mean she would be reincarnated either way? As she thought that the goddess replied that's because if you reincarnate the regular way you will lose all your memories let's change locations and talk about this more by saying that she waved her hand and it felt like space distorted and they were in a different location. It looked like they were in a nice living room sitting on a comfy sofa as she the comfy sofa under her Lucy felt like she could stay there forever the goddess giggled at her thoughts. 

As I was saying the goddess said I would like to give you the choice of being Reincarnated differently from other people usually people and reincarnate into the same world without their memories from their past life but for you I would like to reincarnate you with your memories and be able to live in a different world. As Lucy heard those words, she felt excitement, But She had a couple of questions she would like to ask umm goddess Would I be able to choose the world I go to, and what type of powers I will be able to have in that world be able to have in That world. To her disappointment, the goddess shook her head and said she would not be able to choose. The goddess explained that this would be a little bit different pretty much it would all be up to luck There would be a wheel, and it would spin through different planets and universes, And wherever the wheel stopped. is where she would reincarnate. And for the powers, it would be pretty much the same thing. 

As the goddess finished explaining how the reincarnation would work Lucy didn't know how she felt at first she was happy she would be able to live out any weeb dream but leaving it up to luck she didn't know if that was a good idea. When Lucy was sitting there thinking about her choice, she suddenly said fuck it This is the only chance I have to live out one of my dreams and I would like to keep my memories ha ha She awkwardly chuckled so she told the goddess that she would like to take her chance and spin the wheel. The goddess nodded her head with a smile and the wheel appeared she asked which wheel you would like to spend first Lucy thought about it carefully and decided to spend what world she would go to first as she went up to the wheel and spun it Lucy saw it go round and round and it finally landed on my hero academia. When Lucy saw what world, she had landed on she felt excited that it was one that she knew pretty Well there were some downsides to going to my hero academia, but they are definitely worst worlds to go to. 

As the goddess saw what world Lucy had gotten, she said my hero academia is not bad in that case you're going to need to do these two. Then suddenly two more wheels appeared one of them on top of the wheel said the number of quirks you will have, and the other one just said quirks. Seeing this Lucy felt extremely nervous because depending on the number of quirks and what quirks She had went this side of what she could do with her next life. After thinking that she went up to the wheel Amount of quirks you can have They only went up to 5 she spun the wheel and was hoping she would land on two or three because if she had more, she was afraid of villain groups noticing the amount of Quirks she has and if it landed on One she would have felt like she missed a huge opportunity. As the wheel stopped spinning, she saw it had landed on she was pretty happy with that the goddess smiled at her and pointed her to the next wheel. As she floated in front of the next wheel, she hoped it was all her luck she had left she would get some good quirks and not some bad ones like letting you pull your eyes out like a funny party trick. As the wheels Spine had finally stopped and landed on a lightning manipulation. Just like that Lucy burst into excitement because she knew with that quirk, she would at least be able to be one of the top heroes in the world even if her next quirk was not good. So, without thinking too much about it, she spun again not really too worried anymore Because she knew she had one quirk that was really good as the wheels stopped it landed on water manipulation. 

Lucy couldn't believe her eyes and her luck water manipulation matched Great West Lightning's manipulation. After that the wheels disappeared in front of her and the goddess started talking now that you finished choosing your world and powers let's talk about how you would like to be reincarnated. Lucy felt confused because she thought she already finished everything she had to do hearing what Lucy thought the goddess explained although you're not able to Choose your world or your powers You can choose to be reincarnated into a family or be an orphan and your financial situation. After giving it sometimes Lucy decided to ask to be reincarnated into a loving family where her family supports her unconventionally unless she is doing something extremely wrong, she hoped that her family would be well off she could have gone for rich, but she didn't want to deal with rich family expectations. 

Now that everything was chosen and done Lucy looked at the goddess and the goddess looked back at her with a smile. okay, Lucy looks like it's time for you to get going to your new world lucy couldn't help but smile back at the goddess and thank her for this chance she had given to her. The goddess shook her head and said it was your own actions that got you this opportunity go and live a good life as a portal appeared for Lucy to go through .as Lucy went towards the portal she looked back and couldn't help but ask Goddess Can I ask your name the goddess looked at her and smiled my name is Yona With that Lucy went into the portal to start her new life.
