Zephyra twirled the wand between her fingers, marveling at its sleek design. The soft glow of the spirit crystal at its tip pulsed gently, almost in sync with her heartbeat.

Her eyes drifted to the desk, landing on a small, folded note. Kimiko's elegant handwriting peeked out from the corner.
