Mo Fan and Xiaohou arrived at school around 9:50.

"Brother Fan, it is still so early! If it is only cultivation, I can just do it at home." Xiaohou always had something to say.

"Well, you might be able to cultivate longer now. You have become a Primary Level 1 Mage. As mages get stronger, their mental strength becomes slightly stronger, so they are able to cultivate longer hours. If you push your limit everyday, I think you might be able to do six hours a day with good rest and sleep! By the way, did you invite him (not Mu Bai) here?" Mo Fan asked.

A teen with casual clothes walked toward Mo Fan and Xiaohou.

Mo Fan extended for a handshake. "Welcome to our training sessions, Xu Zhaoting."

"No, it is my pleasure to be here. Are we waiting for one more?" Zhaoting smiled while giving a fist bump to Xiaohou.

"Yes, there will be one more." Mo Fan confirmed.

"Okay, what are we going to be doing today?" Zhaoting was inquisitive about their training style.

"Well, Xiaohou and him will have a duel first. Then, we are going to move into meditation. Once we are done, it is going to be physical strengthening + magic alignment."

Zhaoting thought the schedule was very standard and didn't have anything unique; however, he is still willing to stay for the experience.

While Mo Fan was talking, Mu Bai showed up. "Holy shit! Is he the fourth member?" Xiaohou was shocked.

"We have all the top 4 people here. Wow!" Zhaoting surprised as well.

"Welcome, Prince! Do you want to get started right now?" Mo Fan mocked.

"Yeah! Let's get this over with!" Mu Bai was feeling confident and renewed after one night.

10 Minutes later! (Spongebob)

Mu Bai was breathing heavily and his mind was tired from lasting so long with his Ice Spread, Freeze. Mo Fan gave Mu Bai a small handicap by setting up boundaries. Ice Element was one of the elements that if the longer it goes, the better and more field coverage it can do. With Mu Bai's 10 minutes, he only covered about a quarter of the training field.

NT: A training field is about the size of a track field.

Mo Fan grabbed a bottle of water out of his trusty backpack and handed it to Mu Bai. "So, do you admit that you have lost? I hope the Prince can stay true to the deal!" Mo Fan was blissful upon seeing Mu Bai struggling. "Your idea is not bad! Trying to cover the whole place with thin ice, so he has a limited place to dodge, but you don't have the endurance."

Mu Bai snatched the bottle. He showed a contemptuous look at Mo Fan. "Hmph. Fine! I will attend your stupid sessions. First place!" Mu Bai mocked back.

"Oh yeah? So you admit that I am first place. Good!... I hope the clean Prince wouldn't mind getting dirty or dust in his face!"

"Well, it is going to be temporary! Also, talking to you guys is already dirtying me. I hope you can go easy on me, First Place!" Mu Bai stood up to face Mo Fan directly.

Meanwhile, Xiaohou was in the background running around like a wild monkey. He was celebrating his victory about not losing his Magic Tool to Mu Bai.

About five hours later. -------------------------------------------------------

All four students focused for their daily five hours of meditation; they are used to having to do this everyday for the last year. Mo Fan saw Mu Bai and Xu Zhaoting mentally drained after meditating for one year. "All right, here comes the best part of training. We are going to start strengthening your minds and body. We are going to run. Start following Xiaohou!"

"What… I thought we were done." Mu Bai never did physical exercises after deep meditation.

"How does this help with being a mage?" Xu Zhaoting asked.

"A lot of mages forget to strengthen all of their muscles. Brain is one, and body is also another one. Both of you have either a support or offensive element, so both of your movement speed is going to be slow. You guys should be happy that I am not the pace setter. Now go!" Mo Fan practiced star alignment while running.

Xu Zhaoting and Mu Bai swallowed hard.

After 30 minutes, Xiaohou maintained a pace of 1km per 5 mins (converts to 1 mi per 8 min.) To Xiaohou, it was a rather peaceful jog, but behind him, Zhaoting was keeping up but with sluggish form. While Mu Bai was left 200 meters behind, he broke down already once and needed some help from Mo Fan.

Once Mu Bai got to the resting Xiaohou and Zhaoting, *Thud*

Mu Bai collapsed on the track. He was sucking in as much air as possible; his chest expanding and contracting quickly. This was the first time that Mu Bai and Zhaoting exercised so much.

"Hehe, having a lot of fun right? I'll let you guys rest for a bit, but we still have star alignment. Good luck bois!" Mo Fan turned to Xiaohou and started their training.

1 hour later~~~~~

Finally, it was done. Both Mu Bai and Zhaoting had made it out alive. Their mushy brain from running 6 km was already malfunctioning, and they had to rack up their brain to do star alignment. It made them so weak that they didn't even open their eyes. They just wanted to collapse right there.

"One more thing. Make sure to take care of your body and mind overnight because you guys need to be ready for tomorrow." Mo Fan advised them.

They nearly had a heart attack from hearing Mo Fan that they had one more thing. *Sign* "I'll make sure to do that. Are we doing the same thing tomorrow?" Zhaoting's legs waddled.

"Basically the same. A little different. All right, looks like we have finished our training today. Prince, don't ever let Zhao Kunsan know about this. That guy talks more than a woman." Mo Fan felt like he was becoming a coach. It was definitely a different feeling, but he was glad that Mu Bai and Xu Zhaoting showed up and wanted to train.

"Brother Fan! Do you want to do a duo queue tonight?" Xiaohou was wanting to get a few games with his brother.

"Maybe? I do have something tonight though. I think maybe next time. Let's go grab some food first." Mo Fan was going to visit his "old" job, so he could start earning money.

Mo Fan and Xiaohou got ready to leave and they were happily discussing elements, monsters, and sports.

Mu Bai was lying exhausted with all four limbs spread out. Hearing the conversations, he felt a bit jealous of Mo Fan and Xiaohou's friendship.

He was silent, and he felt like a background character. However, Mu Bai didn't think this was the most important matter. He had gotten stronger today, he had increased his accuracy in landing magic spells, and he was taught by his worst enemy. It was irritating that Mu Bai was being taught by Mo Fan.

To Mu Bai, Mo Fan felt like an expert in lining up stars and teaching how to use one spell in different ways. As a Primary Level Mage, the person would only have 1 element which means they must be as creative as they can in using magic in different ways. [Who cares about him! Zhaoting joined Mo Fan and Xiaohou to fill up their stomach, and the three began to leave. Mu Bai knew it was going to be like this. He is headed on a lonely path anyways.

"Does the Prince need a wheelchair? Don't say that Day 1 has gotten into your head already, you will not be able to survive 6 days of this. Come on Your Highness, let's go get some food." Mo Fan knew how to irritate Mu Bai. The three of them stood there waiting for Mu Bai.

To Mu Bai, of course he was irritated, but it was somehow comforting at the same time. Mo Fan helped him up, and the four starving wolves headed towards a restaurant.

After the big meal, the four parted ways. Mo Fan biked further into the city. He remembered that the City Hunter Team was very popular because they were paid decently and they only had to move around the city rather than having to go out of the city. For Mo Fan, he didn't care about moving within or out of the city, but the outside hunter teams would only accept heavily experienced hunters to go on missions. Mo Fan didn't want to join the outside Hunter teams because he had to train with Xiaohou and Mu Bai and he shouldn't risk too much by going outside.

Entering the big luxurious Hunter Hall, it was lively. There were people forming a hunter team, there were people sitting on sofas just talking about missions, and there were people trying to find a suitable mission. The first thing everyone would see is the gigantic LCD screen that displays many of the missions and their rewards; there were missions ranging from 100k RMB to tens of millions of RMB. Mo Fan looked greedily at the ten million RMB; it was so enticing, but Mo Fan would need at least a team of top Mid-Tier Mages to do it.

Mo Fan sighed at his puny strength compared to his previous life. It was like a drop of water compared to an ocean. Mo Fan walked on the clear marble floor. The building was clean and elegant with colors of white complimenting the marble floors. Mo Fan headed toward a section of the building that was for the City Hunter Team. [Looks like they are not recruiting right now. I wonder if I can still get on the team at least?]

Mo Fan disguised himself as older by wearing fake prescription glasses and a face mask to outline his jawline. Unlike his previous life, Mo Fan came here only able to cast Primary Level One; however, Mo Fan was able to blend better within the squad by his Level Two.

Mo Fan knocked on the City Hunter door. A tall and muscular figure with a soldier appearance opened the door. The door was opened at a speed that surprised Mo Fan which made him take a step back. "Sorry about that. What are you doing here?" the man looked down on Mo Fan.

Mo Fan instantly recognized him; this man was Xu Dahuang. He was known for his excited energy and Fire Element. "I want to join the City Hunter Team. Even if I am only a substitute, I am willing to go on all the missions." Mo Fan declared.

"Sorry, we already have a good balanced team. We don't have any openings." Xu Dahuang said in a firm tone.

"I have the Lightning Element." Mo Fan called out his Star Cluster and showed it to Xu Dahuang.

"Holy crap! All right! That is better to work with. Come come come, little brother! Since our team is full, I will make you a substitute, but if you have good skills and cultivation, we could work something out!" Xu Dahuang was willing to take care of a Lightning Element Mage. A Lightning Mage was rare, and a competent one was more rare. Lightning can both increase the damage output and add paralysis effect.

Xu Dahuang turned his head back in the room and shouted. "Hey don't we have a mission today? There is a Lightning Mage that is willing to go on our mission today!" Xu Dahuang quickly turned back to Mo Fan showing his smile. "We are going to have a tryout for you on this mission. If you pass it, we can offer you a Hunter-In-Training spot. Come in! We will introduce ourselves!"

Mo Fan looked at Xu Dahuang. What looked like a warm and welcoming image that Xu Dahuang put up didn't turn out like that in Mo Fan's head. Mo Fan imagined Xu Dahuang to be a strange kidnapper and just said "Come in! We have some candy!"

Mo Fan entered anyway. There were a couple of people sitting on the sofa with some stack of paper. Xu Dahuang grabbed Mo Fan's shoulder and said. "This youngster is a Lightning Mage who is going to be joining our session tonight! I am the Captain of the City Hunter Team and Fire Mage, and I am called Xu Dahuang!" Xu Dahuang pointed his thumb to himself.

"Hello, I am Xiaoke and I can use Water Element." A short cute girl spoke up.

"Li Wenjie, Wind Element," the handsome young man said confidently, as he flung his graceful hair back. The man had an easy-going appearance.

"Call me Feishi, I am an Earth elementalist," the round-faced fat man with the flower hat said as he smiled.

Mo Fan looked at all of them. They were all the same, except there was another man sitting on the sofa.

"I am Fan Mo and Lightning Mage." All of them were older than Mo Fan, and they were experts in subjugating and killing creatures. However, Mo Fan was a time traveler, so he has far more experience than them.

"Fan Mo, from your look, I can tell that you will probably haven't even met a genuine Magical Beast. Don't think that you are all powerful just because you have the Lightning Element. Be ready to put your life on the line!" An icy and beautiful girl said.

Mo Fan knew this was going to come out of her mouth. The girl is related to the Mu Family, and she had the pride and confidence like Mu Zhouyun.

"Oh, this is my Vice-Captain, Cai Tang, Ice Element!" Captain Xu Dahuang explained with a smile.

"Vice-Captain, you shouldn't try to scare the newbie on his first day." The unknown man added, "I am Ge Han, Light Element. Good to have you!" The 30-ish old man with choppy hair spoke in a gentle tone.

Mo Fan realized that he had never seen Ge Han before, so there must have been something that killed him. In his previous life, they told him that they were recruiting because a horrible accident happened to a member.

[Looks like Ge Han is in danger. ] Mo Fan was worried.

First of all, I am a college student now. I had chapter 13 done, but never really posted because I was busy and didn't know how to write it better. Now that I have settled down in college, I should have more time to write this. I am planning like one chapter per week if not two weeks. As for my gender, I believe there are only males online, so…
