Chapter 147 : Words and hairstyles.

Bonsi wrinkled her nose as she slowly opened her eyes [ Why would I fall asleep? ] She looked at her hand where she had the lotus Nectar made her and smiled, " So it wasn't a dream ".

Carefully placing Archie back into the blankets, she stretched slightly. She nearly jumped again when she heard a voice, " Glad you're enjoying the trip ". She put a hand to her chest as she tried to calm down, " Axis "?

She turned to the other side were he was sitting and nodded mildly [ I didn't even feel his presence ] taking a seat opposite him and closer to Archie. She scanned her head for anything to say but nothing came.

She found herself fiddling with the lotus Nectar made her and was honestly surprised by the attention to detail [ Amazing ] when Axis' voice interrupted her train of thought, " Did Nectar make you that "?

Bonsi nodded, " Yes, she said Archie gave her specific instructions ". Axis nodded indifferently, " Archie seems to like her ". Bonsi nodded with a smile, " And I can see why, she's very....different "?

Bonsi was about to tell him that Nectar was the little person clad in black back on their trip in Actso when she frowned, " What did you say "? He cleared his throat, "I'd prefer if you kept your distance from that woman ".

Bonsi tilted her head to the side, " Why "? Axis seemed surprised by the question, " Well, she's reckless and nothing like a royal ". Bonsi frowned even deeper, " That's not a good enough reason ".

Axis frowned now, " She's even a bad influence. This is the first time your talking back ". Bonsi felt herself getting upset, something she hadn't felt in a long time " Well, I'm sorry I'm actually thinking about what I want for once ".

[ That came out wrong ] Axis didn't know what he was saying but it was coming out as the complete opposite of what he meant and Bonsi seemed really upset with him [ When was the last time she got upset at anything? ] " It doesn't matter what you want. Just do as your told ".

Bonsi felt like screaming and would have done just that but couldn't risk waking up Archie, " If you think I'm going to let you use me like a puppet the way your mother uses you, your more than mistaken ".

Bonsi heard herself the moment she said it and covered her mouth with her hands [ Oh no ] The carriage was silent after that and Axis suddenly laughed, " Nice to know you're suddenly speaking you're mind ". Bonsi sighed, " I didn't mean for it to come out that way ".

Axis nodded and mumbled to himself. He thought she didn't hear it but she did, " That says you still meant it ". Bonsi looked down at Archie, smiled then looked out the window at the slowly changing landscape [ I'm glad he slept through that ]

Luscious resisted the urge to laugh as Fay glared at him. Lucy and 4398075 were making an awful attempt at styling her hair and were even arguing on how to go about it.

Lucy complained loudly as she let the hair go, " This is harder than it looks ". 4398075 agreed and put her face in her hands, " I agree ". Lucy looked at her and pouted, " Can't you do something Simi "?

The girl frowned slightly, " My name is 4398075, not Simi. And how would I know? I'm not a hair stylist ". Lucy rolled her eyes, " Your seamstress, I know and 4398075 is so long to say. Simi is the best of two worlds ".

Simi nodded, drawing out a piece of Fay's hair " I could try to use a needle and see what happens ". Lucy clapped excitedly as she sat up, " Let's ". Fay suddenly jumped up, " Absolutely not ".

Luscious ended up laughing and falling on the floor. Fay kicked him lightly and smiled mischievously, " Why not try it on Luscious? He is part ram after all. Lot's of woolly hair too ". Luscious sat up quickly and on alert as he tried to speak angrily, " You will do no such thing ".

The three ladies looked at each other and smiled before looking at him. Lucy smiled as she held out her claws, " Sorry Brother but I think we will ".
