Re:Devouring God Adventures

In the void between all worlds we find a soul drifting. As he floats slowly and aimlessly his consciousness is beginning to return and abruptly a voice echoes across this plane of emptiness.

mc: "What! Where in the name of the holy ROB have I come to. Shit I have to think here where was I last."

Slowly he begins to recall his life on earth.

mc: "My name is ..... Ragnar Wolfson." losing himself in reminiscence of all his past life experiences and memory, all he can remember is a life of pain. Born an orphan, raised by a corrupt matron who forced him and others to beg on the streets, eventually leaving the orphanage to pursue a hard life of crime only to eventually die in a gun fight between his gang and another. Truly an unfortunate soul shaped by his disastrous circumstances became a hard and cold man. Fortunately, he had a reprieve to lose himself in, he had an outlet to immerse in the wonderful and colourful world of books, games, anime, manga, novels etc.

Ragnar: "Well nothing to do but drift damn"

Years pass, decades later who knows the void has no concept of time, suddenly our mc witnesses a blinding flash of white and comes to find himself within a futuristic looking office. Sitting across from him was an amalgam of lights that sometimes resembled stars and suns and at other times he felt like he was seeing the entire known cosmos. He was looking at a being that had such a regal aura that he was suffocating under the pressure. When he felt the beings gaze focus on him he was overwhelmed until all pressure stopped as if it was never there. Then he heard;

ROB: "Hello child welcome to the void. this is my domain."

Ragnar: "And to whom do I owe the pleasure of being in the presence of?"

ROB: "Truly interesting you know most people start screaming and shouting when they first meet me some even lose their minds. hmm how would I be best to describe what I am? I will say this once so listen closely ... I am the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and Omega, the Seen and the Unseen, I am the Eternal, the Everlasting, the All-powerful, the All-knowing, the All-seeing, I AM THE ONE ABOVE ALL!"

Ragnar: "...o.k. so care to explain why I'm here"

ROB: "You are here to be given a second chance at life. I have taken a keen interest in your soul for it is special. Your soul is different than a normal soul it is unique like mine. (A/N: b.s. excuse for the story wanna get past this shit haha) You can choose which world you want to go to and you can have some cheats or wishes to help you in life."

Ragnar: "This is AMAZING. Ok ok I need to think give me a moment. Do I have any limits on what I chose?"

ROB: "No it is beneath me, ask and you shall receive ... just don't ask for too many things. A word to the wise chose something that will make you extremely powerful hahaha"

Ragnar: ".... Ok here goes nothing.

1) I want the Devouring God bloodline. This means I am able to devour, purify, refine and absorb anything I want. This should also come with the Devouring God physique to withstand my rise in strength and also to passively or actively draw origin energy from my surroundings for the strengthening of my energy reserves, physique and soul. With the physique i should have a devouring origin core located in my dantian.

2) I want a ai system that will support me but I only want it to have the following functions; status, inventory, shop and world travel. The shop should provide me with anything I want to buy and the world travel should be a place where I can buy a ticket into a new world and if i want to bring loved ones along i should be able to by world travel tickets for them too"

ROB: "Wonderful you have made yourself unkillable hahaha at least you got a brain. Now then reincarnated or transmigration and also where to?"

Ragnar: "Transmigration please, don't want to be a baby once more going through that once was enough. I want to begin with my first world being the Narutoverse, i want you to make me Narutos twin brother but send my consciousness to my body at the age of 5 when Naruto gets his apartment from the hokage. I want to design my new body before you send me off hehehe"

ROB: "Alright let's get this over with."

With a slow wave of the hand a screen appeared before the soul allowing him to alter his new body appearance. Slowly the features became more defined as he fiddled with the design parameters. Eventually we are left with a 6ft tall muscular man with super muscle definition, long blood red hair with a short beard, deep red eyes that just draw you in with the most perfectly symmetrical and angular face the world will ever see. If you were to describe his new body it would be walking perfection. For a bit of cool factor the soul added a red crystal ball imbedded in his palm like the androids of dragon ball z and also ensure his lower dragon was of respectable length and girth. When he was finally done he gave a nod to the Rob who raised his hand and created a portal to suck the soul and send him on his way.

ROB: "Ah all in a good days work. Now I should relax and be done with work for a couple millennia."
