Chapter 27: Terrible sightings

"Is it really too late?" Rachel thought about it for a moment also she's still not yet convince that Rakesh was not here anymore. That he was already dead, but how come? And how did he died all of a sudden?

Does George has something to do with this? What will happen now to them? Does this means all of our efforts will come to waste? NO! I shouldn't give up... For sure they hiding Rakesh somewhere or maybe he was in pain right now... I have to see him myself even if he was dead or alive I have to see him.

Rachel walked and went to where was all the dragon lives when Dennis grab her arm.

"Where do you think you're going?" Dennis ask.

"I have to go there! For sure they were just hiding him there somewhere, I have to see him" Rachel declared to Dennis but his grip tightens.

"Haven't you listening to Reihta? She was mad and also Rakesh was already dead. How come you didn't heard that?!" Dennis said.

"How should I know if Rakesh already dead? What of he wasn't? What if he was just hiding from me?" Rachel said.

"Are you nuts? Reihta already declare that Rakesh was dead because of us. She wouldn't tell that her brother was dead without knowing the good reason." Louis said.

"How would I know if they were just lying? I know Rakesh don't want me to get hurt, that is why he was leaving me behind. But still, I wanted to help even though he was dead or alive I have to see it in my own eyes and that is where I will believe" Rachel said looking straight to his eyes.

Dennis look elsewhere where he admit that he was defeated. "Alright, but still we have to do this in a very careful way. Of course our lives is not comparable to those Dragons we know that they were stronger than to us. So we should be careful going there. Especially you Rachel, I know you very well" Dennis said. Rachel glad that she wins against Dennis.

"How about you guys?" Rachel ask.

"Of course, I will join." Daisy said.

"Well, I can't let my sister alone so I will join too" Stacey said.

"Don't forget about me, cuz I will also join and help you guys" Louis said.

"Thanks guys, for everything" Rachel said and now the game of tag was ready.

They start walking up from the forest up to the mountains where all dragons were laying and resting not going out in the humans territory. They decided to live there in peace although there were dragons were injured and there were dragons who are fully trained since they were fighting the monsters.

There's no use of them not get trained if they're enemy wants to claimed as their new leader.

Reihta on the other hand went to where Rakesh was, he is now fully exhausted and claimed as a defeated leader. He still not capable to be tamed but since Rachel found him first his dragon formed wanted to be tamed by her. But Rakesh didn't want her to get hurt so instead he kept silent and away from her.

Not knowing that Rachel will soon arrive to him to help him get his position back. Although Rachel thought that Rakesh was already dead but the fact that he was just having a hard time to get his fully recovery and energy back.

Since Rachel wasn't able to contact with him even though she was his mate it doesn't change the fact that she was also his owner. Rakesh couldn't believe that after searching for his owner and his mate was actually become one in his perspective.

"*Sigh* I know that Rachel wasn't here anymore and even I dump her I can't change the fact that I miss her so much." Rakesh said while looking at the skies.

"Rakesh," Reihta called him. Rakesh look at her with blankly face.

"What?" Rakesh replied.

"Rachel is here... And she was looking for you" Reihta said and made Rakesh shock to what she said.

"W-what!? But why is she here? Why now?" Rakesh ask.

"She want to see you. Although I told her that you already dead. Since you are no longer in the position and also I gave up my position just to keep you safe" Reihta said.

"Even though I bump her, she still wanting to see me?! Wait..." Rakesh said and though of what Reihta said, 'She is here... looking for me. That means she might be in danger if she was here.'

"We need to made her and her friends out of here before Tradius finds them." Rakesh said to Reihta.

"Are you nuts?! You can't barely move because of your injuries after all the fight you've been through from those humans. And now you are here to help them? If only you and that bitch did not meet from the beginning this wouldn't be happening!" Reihta said.

Rakesh can't say anything he just bowed his head not looking at his sister gaze. He knows that the humans were so cruel after what he did for them.

*Let us back from the day before Rakesh returns*

He was badly wounded but he manage to put some herbs in his wounds to get it better although it wasn't much. he tries to investigate but not too close from the humans since he needed time to heal his injuries.

He turns into human even though his wound was visible that he was now in human form.

He went straight to the pile of humans to learn and how to find more suitable place for their kinds.

Since he doesn't wanted to become one of the wanted here so he has to do it quietly without anyone notice his presence.

Rakesh was currently walking hastily so that no one would ever notice him when he bump into someone making him and the other person fall down.

"Ow, ow, I'm sorry... It was an accident" The girl said above him.

"I'm so sorry too, I was in a hurry" Rakesh said, and he help her get up not knowing that the girl he bump to had a boyfriend who is next to her.

"You punk!" The boy said who was in raging. Rakesh tumble again after the shock and the girl tries to stop him from punching him.

"You bastard!" Rakesh did nothing since he knows his limit. And also he knows that this were humans not like him a dragon. Rakesh doesn't like to make anyone harm and terrified knowing about his real intentions.

"Why aren't you fighting huh!? You scared now idiot! You... Little shit!" The boy said in rage.

"Stop it!" The girl said, "It was nearly accident! You know that right?" She was trying to stop her boyfriend but Rakesh reach his limits. He punch that bastard hard making him to the point of anger.

"I don't want to cause of trouble but you... You're too overreacted in a way that it wasn't supposed to be this way!" Rakesh said and punch the boy again.

The boy's girlfriend screamed in terror of how Rakesh punch him to the point it was nearly shown to death since the boy was bleeding now. Because of the scream it causes many humans to get their attention but this time Rakesh was out of control to his limits making him to kill the boy.

Suddenly he transformed quickly and turned into dragon making all the citizens terrified and scared, they immediately run away from the creature. And called some of the army to defend them and fight him.

Since Rakesh was injured he tries to fight back to those cannons who fired up him but he already has wound and he can't fight back against them putting himself in danger he tries to escape but no one lets him.

He flew up but they still hitting him, until one of the cannons hit his wings causing him to fall down. He landed hard to the point that his back hits rocks. That is where one of his comrades saw him. And they help him to escape.

Now that he was badly injured he can't even move his own body since he also can't heal himself because of the fight between humans and him.

The info about him leak and tried to challenge him to get his position, luckily he survive but his position as the leader got by someone. Reihta tries to get his position back but Rakesh told him not to bother.

"Since it's my fault why I am here, I am no longer suitable becoming the leader of our kind. Also I am too weak now and have many injuries I can't even heal myself." Rakesh said.

"How does this happen?!" Reihta said.

"I'm sorry I put you in this situation." Rakesh said.

"If it wasn't because of that Rachel, this wouldn't happen from the beginning..." Reihta said.

"Yeah, I should've known that sooner. But it doesn't change the fact that she was my mate and my owner" Rakesh said.

"I hope she wasn't your mate and your owner, it would be better if you wasn't meet her in the first place" Reihta said. Making hard for Rakesh look down on her.
