Erectile Dysfunction 2 - Revelations

A small knock on the door shook him back to reality, he quickly throws on a pair of sweat pants and says come in, thinking maybe it was the Doctor.

Turns out it was Dracul, again the Demon Alpha took note. Is he losing his senses too, why is he not alert?

He shook his head, he was just so distracted.

"What's going on with you, you look…." Dracul was unsure of the word to use he never seen his King this way before. In all the time he knew Adonis.

Dracul thought had he known he would have come sooner, but when the Demon Alpha told him he would be in his room and not waiting for him by the gates Dracul thought he had even more time to freely question a witness.

"I don't know, but I just summoned Doc, I actually thought was him."

"Oh, would you like me to come back?"

"No no,….no need, we can chat till the Doctor gets here." Adonis told himself anything to distract himself from the fact that he is having erectile dysfunction.

He inwardly grimaced.

He and Dracul casually settled in by the table in his room as they went over their findings.

Turns out Dracul had a little more luck. "Ok so there was no one home at the time she was taken however there was a barn keeper who was tending the barn at the time. A seventy five year old werewolf and his name is Derek Mattooks."

"Ok please tell me he saw something." Adonis says eagerly.

"Yes and he believes he will be able to identify them if seen again."

Adonis breathes a sigh of relief, this is good news, he already confirmed one traitor, he held his tongue about that bit of information. Though he will tell Dracul soon enough.

"I was even able to get plate numbers, color make and model of the vehicle." Dracul says obviously feeling good about that.

Adonis was feeling optimistic, he gave a swift nod then leaning forward his hands held the edge of the table in front of him and he says, "Ok so you know what to do, also in addition let's arrange to meet with and question the two guards who were found unconscious."

Relaxing back in his chair once more, Adonis also gave Dracul the list of things he wants done, also the list of names he wants gathered where they can move to weed out the culprits. "As soon as you get the info let me know."

"Ok I will run the plates and work on the lists, will also work on a separate list of all who owns that type of vehicle as well to be safe, just in case it's a stolen plate or something." Dracul explains. He wanted to cover all bases after all his best friend was being attacked personally.

Knock, Knock.

"Ok great bud, we will discuss further, go get some rest."

Dracul took his departure but no way was he going to get some rest, not especially when it has data bases to search and lists to put together.

Too much was at stake and every minute counts.

As Dracul exits the Doctor enters with his small suitcase in hand, clad in his white Doctor's coat and beneath that a navy blue khaki material long pant, black shoes and a baby blue and white strip shirt with a glossy looking dark blue tie.

"Good Morning Alpha, now what is bothering you at this hour of morning?" He got straight to it, he was woken up from one of those sweet deep sleep you get into right before it is time to get up on a morning.

But he figured it must be important for the Demon Alpha to contact him that early waking him before time.

Plus this is hardly the first time he got called to the Castle, he has been called here before at all ungodly hours to tend to wounds and so on throughout the decades.

"Dr. Kanhai, something is wrong with me." And it was in this moment that the Demon Alpha realizes how uncomfortable he is with this situation and this topic, but a Doctor is the right one to talk to about these things with anyway right?

Dr. Kanhai lifts a greying thick bush of an eyebrow looking up under his thick square glasses with big brown eyes as he stare up at the Alpha to explain.

"Please explain", he prompts when it looked like his Alpha was not going to elaborate.

The Demon Alpha explained every single detail of what went down with Sadie, he believe that the Doc should get the gist of the situation.

"Ahh I see," he says straightening his white Doctor's coat then grabs a seat by the table and gestures the Demon Alpha to follow him.

The Demon Alpha sat and tried relaxing while the Doc got busy with his black suitcase he was so uneasy and uncomfortable.

Dr. Kanhai pulls out a pair of gloves and puts it on then he took out a stethoscope and a blood pressure cuff.

Then he pulls out a small sterling silver tray and placed a Mayo Scissor Straight on top, then rubbing alcohol, a syringe with a gauge needle to draw blood and a small jar of cotton pieces.

Dr. Kanhai looks at the Demon Alpha seriously and with very concerned eyes when he says, "now there can be many reasons for this, I will surely get into them shortly but I must ask, knowing that we are magical beings, the answer to this question can save us a lot of time and testing."

Well completely flabbergasted as to what kind of question could possibly be asked for the answer to hold such revelations.

He had no idea, it was just eluding at the time and trust me he searched through his memories to try and recall such a thing so he nods for the Doctor to go right ahead and ask his question.

Clearing his throat and looking at the Demon Alpha above his glasses again but seriously this time he asks "Did you finally meet your mate?"

The Demon Alpha erupted into a fit of laugher at the question, the sound echoed throughout the room but then he simmers down realizing why the Doctor had to ask.

Dr. Kanhai smiles at his Alpha, just seeing him laugh was something priceless. Though the reason for his laughter he had no idea as this was serious.

It is said that once someone meets their mate, no other can entice them and the Demon Alpha recalled he did explain that Sadie accustom enticing him for years on end and suddenly that stopped.

Hiding the fact that he suddenly started feeling uneasy, mix in with the feeling of yearning and an ache now at the mention of a mate the Demon Alpha clears his throat and says "no".

Though the Demon Alpha did not meet his mate YET and he was NOT ready either, little did he know the fact that the universe saw that he and his mate were on the path of collision was just enough to spark the magic in their bond.

"Ok, surely you can understand why I ask the question?"

"Yes Doc I know," he says and rubs his face with his hands again and sighs. He was still seated and the Doctor had taken the chair that was across from him earlier.

Dr. Kanhai nod then proceeds to casually and carefully tell him all the reasons that can cause erectile dysfunction.

He began by explaining how "the Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels."

He pauses and just looks at the Demon Alpha and observes him, the Demon Alpha sat upright listening intently so Dr. Kanhai continues looking at him earnestly.

"Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of those things. Likewise, stress and mental health concerns can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction as well."

Dr. Kanhai went on after catching his breath in between explaining, "Or sometimes it can be a combination of physical AND psychological issues causing this to happen."

He pauses again and asks, "have you been having any physical issues, or so?"

Nothing…. Crickets…. so he rushes on "Ok so for instance, a minor physical condition that lets say….slows your sexual response, this might cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction."

"Well not that I know of, what are some of these physical causes?" The Demon Alpha asks.

Dr. Kanhai looks at the Demon Alpha intently observing him once more. Tapping his chin he says "Physical causes of erectile dysfunction, hmmn."

He made a humming sound, "let's see, there are quite a few. We have Heart disease, Clogged blood vessels, High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, High cholesterol."

He stops and thinks for a moment, "but I don't believe you have any of those issues." He was looking thoughtful as he considers it.

The Demon Alpha nods in agreement.
