Normally Pokemon at Level one have same attributes which is 3 points, but it will be adjusted according on the nature of the Pokemon, Like Chimchar with rash nature, It's special attack is increase by 10 percent but it's special defense is decrease by 10 percent also. Ability is different in every Pokemons, some pokemon have good abilities while other do not have any abilities, nature and abilities are random given by the system. Rarity of Pokemon denotes their potentials and stats growth rates. Rarity of Pokemon can rank from 1 star to 5 stars (except for legendaries), 1 star being the lowest and 5 stars being the Highest. Rarity can exide 5 stars but you need special items to do so. To be fair the game assign all starter Pokemon to be 3 stars rarity.

HP or Hit point like any game you played denotes the Health Bar of your Pokemon, by the way health bar will be display above the head of the Pokemon together with END and SP, only when you are Battling. END means Endurance, Just like in Anime, pokemon also can feel tiredness, once endurance falls down to dangerous level, The game will imposed penalty which lower your Pokemon stats to half of it's current stat points, unless you provide potions or Berries that can recover it's endurance. Endurance will also decrease when you command for pokemons Physical moves, like tackle, pound and scratch, even running and dodging will also consume your pokemons endurance over time. SP stands for Special Points, it denotes magic power if you compare it with other RPG games. All special moves will need SP to be activated, like ember, water gun and Vine wipes, the higher the level of the moves the higher the SP consumptions (same with END).

The growth rate for Pokemons is not the same, and will depend on its rarity and individual species. Like Geodude for example, it HP growth rate per level is two times of Chimchar but it's Attack and speed rate is only half of Chimchar's growth rate. Standard growth rate is 3 stats per level but some pokemon have 4 or 5 stats growth with thier attack and SP Attack but have only 1 or 2 stats on thier Defense. rarity of the Pokemon also affects their growth rates, 1 star rarity means, pokemon can only increase 1 point stat per level and two star rarity can only increase 2 stats points per level.

You can boost the stats of your pokemon when you feed it with vitamins, but all vitamins are subject to limits that each pokemon can only take 3 of each kind of vitamins. Also some Items when hold by Pokemons can enhanced some of their attributes, like quick claw that can enhance the speed of your pokemon and guaranteed that you can strike the enemy first if both you and your opponent use same physical attacks at the same time.

Moves can be physical, special and support, Physical moves are those that need physical contact to damage your opponent, Special moves uses magic store in pokemon to deal massive damage depending on type advantages of your pokemon, while support moves either temporary increase the stats of your pokemon or maybe use to decrease temporary the stats of your opponent, other Moves can be used to dodge your opponents attack or deflect them back. Moves can be trained, once master the maximum level, it will evolved into higher versions.
