Prologue/Explanation

This book is based on the idea of the Backrooms. 

The Backrooms is a place made up similar to the SCP Foundation, except it is focusing on the place instead of the creatures. In the Backrooms there are several creatures that go by the name of entities, but unlike the SCPs these entities are more like special races that inhabit and hunt in the Backrooms.

The book is the story of someone who has arrived at the Backrooms after no-clipping out of reality. Vain is our 20 year old Wanderer who will explore the Backrooms throughout the novel. Most things will be explained as they come in the story, but readers should know that this isn't an exact copy of what the backrooms are like on the Backrooms wikidot.

This is a story similar to Kane Pixels, who also took the idea of the Backrooms and made his own rendition of the place. My rendition will follow more accurately what the wikidot has given, but have some differences for a better story that feels like it more of my own creation instead of what others have created.
