After getting motivated by Sachi's reward Kaneki is ready for the Rite of passage.

Kaneki: alright! I can do this! I can do this!

Shino: hey Kaneki-kun save that Energy for when you actually do the rite of passage.

Keiko: Yeah! You don't want to fail because of Saki-san's offer.

But for now he's finishing the cleanup of the Kodama mansion which he started immediately after school ended.

Itsuki: he's very motivated now, how come?

Chikao: Sachi offered a reward to him, and it's a pudding cake if he passes.

Yuuka: can you even make Pudding cake?

Sachi: yup!

Yuuka: well good luck with that.

Sachi: i will!

Itsuki: woah, he's really picking up speed now.

Yuuka: yeah, and everything looks really shiny and clean now.

Natsuki: yeah, it really is.

Kaneki has completed his cleaning.

Kaneki: alright, done!

Sachi: so are you ready for the rite of passage?

Kaneki: hell yeah! ... Time to go!

After he said that he touched the floor.

Everyone: !!!

Yuuka & Natsuki: here we go again!!

Kaneki: darkness travel.

Kaneki used his inherited ability darkness travel to get to the Kodama mansion.

Miku: what the-?

Ryueki: the hell was that?!

Chikao: is that how it felt to use that ability?

Kaneki: yup! And i am capable of traveling with more people with this ability now since I've gotten used to it.

Yuuka: nice Higanbana-kun.

Head Butler: you're all here? Good come in, Yukiya-sama is waiting for you.

Kaneki : okay!

Head Butler: by the way why are they here too?

Kaneki: oh they wanted to watch so i allowed them.

Head Butler: i see, well in that case take of your shoes and follow me.

And so they all followed the Head Butler all the way to the basement.

Kaneki: so the rite of passage will be done here?

Head Butler: correct, let me guess you want to know what the trial you're going to face is?

Kaneki: yup.

Head Butler: well I'll tell you now then, you'll have to do 2 trials and you must complete both of them within 3 hours.

Yuuka: 3 hours?! Isn't that a bit too long?

Head Butler: not really, the reason why it's 3 hours long is because of the first trial.

They got to the basement they were greeted by some familiar faces.

Yukiya: hello Kaneki-chan!

Kaneki waved his hands.

Shiho: alright Kaneki-chan come down here.

There was a pit with a big furnace in the middle which Kaneki has to go down to.

Kaneki: okay.

Sachi: good luck Kaneki!

Kaneki: i will, alright I'm off.

Kaneki then went down the pit.

Shiho: alright Kaneki-chan once you start the furnace that will melt the metal the timer will start so you better be qui-

Kaneki: Dragon arts, Dragons Breathe!

Boom!

Shiho: So hot!

Being almost burned Shiho left the pit.

Yukiya: oh my, looks like he has started.

Shiho: but he needs metal.

Azusa: look!

Wriggle~

Kaneki was using his Kraken style tentacles to get the metal he needed for creating his weapon, and he is using his dragons breath to heat up the furnace.

Yuuka: amazing he's using 2 abilities at the same time, and on top of that the fire he's breathing out is super hot!

Sachi: i know right?! He's so cool!

Natsuki: yeah, I'm very impressed.
