Naruto System within DxD

"So what will your three wishes be?" God asked

I bet you are wondering how I got into this situation. Well you see I was another victim of the always ruthless Truck-kun and like usual I am being granted reincarnation with three wishes by some sort of deity. Oh yeah and I'm being reincarnated into the DxD world… Harem here I come! … in more ways than one I suppose.

"Well for my first wish I would like a Naruto system"

"Done!" God exclaimed cheerfully

"May I know the features of the system?" I inquired cautiously

"Yes, by having a Naruto system you will be granted the chakra from the Narutoverse with a complete Chakra Circulatory System. So don't worry you won't have that weakass chakra of DxD."

"Oh thank God!"

"You're welcome, but as I was saying your system will essentially be more of a shop. You will have what is called a Jutsu Store. This will allow access to the different techniques that belong to the world of Naruto. This includes Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu plus many more forms of combat. Also, you will have to buy the information of a jutsu to be able to use it… so no recreating the Rasengan"

"Damn it" I whined like a petulant child… what? don't judge me it's the Rasengan for fuck sake.

"Next is what I call the Artifact Store. This will allow you to buy a variety of artifacts for a lack of a better word. You will have access to simple weapons like Kunai and Shuriken to the Seven Legendary swords of Mist-

"Can I buy Icha Icha?" I asked expectantly

This caused the deity to snort in amusement. "Yes you can buy Icha Icha." After a loud victory scream from yours truly, the deity continued with his explanation. "The third feature is the Chakra Store. You will have one natural elemental affinity but you won't be able to naturally develop additional elemental affinities; and will have to use the Chakra Store to buy the ability to use an additional element and once you have met the requirement for a Kekkei Genkai you will be able to buy them at an increased price of course. This will be your only way to get Kekkei Genkai and even then it is only those to do with Chakra natures"

"So I won't be able to get Doujutsu or Body modifying Bloodlines?" I questioned sadly

"Unfortunately no, but good news you will be able to get the legendary Wood release of the First Hokage and Asura"

"Yatta!"

"After you buy all the needed elements and chakra abilities to unlock it and even then it is the most expensive Kekkai Genkai in the store"

"Fuck!"

The deity actually busted a gut laughing at this. This guy is too amusing he offhandedly thought.

"The fourth and final feature of the store part of the system is the Summon Store. Here you will be able to bring forth shinobi from the Narutoverse to aid you. They will have their personalities but will be completely loyal to you. The higher calibre the shinobi the more they will cost."

"Hehe if I summon Madara I will rule this World!" I plotted whilst letting loose an evil laugh

"Yeah you won't be able to do that eith-

"Why not?!" I interrupted in a rage momentarily forgetting my position.

"You will only be able to summon females. This is the DxD world, it's about a harem for me sake" (get it for god sake)

"Can the women I summon teach me?"

"Well done! you found a loophole. They can indeed teach you but they can't teach you say the Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu if you lack the fire element. Also, they are quite costly to summon and you can only summon 15 women"

'I need to be careful with whom I summon and consider their combat prowess and what they can possibly teach me at that moment in time to get the most out of it. Also 15 is conveniently just right to fill a peerage.'

"Oh yeah, the system will also have an Inventory but will only be able to hold the things you buy from the system."

"How will I be able to buy all of these things though?" I pondered aloud

"You will get what is called Chakra Coins for progression. This could be from learning a jutsu or winning a battle. To progressing in a relationship with a woman you desire."

"I actually want to form bonds with these women and not just have a mindless and loveless harem" I objected.

The deity merely smiled at this and said "as expected of my chosen one; you will get a free lottery ticket for the Artifact Store. I knew you were the right choice for this." He praised before continuing. "That wraps up your System, now how about that second wish?"

'I won't be able to get any doujutsu from the store so I should wish for the Rinne Sharingan' I thought before announcing my wish for the Rinne Sharingan.

"I can't allow that, at least make it interesting for me. How about this you can only wish for the Sharingan but I will allow you to fuse two Uchiha's Sharingan abilities?"

"Deal! I wish for the Sharingan of Uchiha Obito and Uchiha Shisui."

"Good wish kid! You will have to naturally progress your Sharingan to evolve and once you reach the Mangekyou stage they will automatically be made into the Eternal Mangekyou. You're a lot smarter than most or at least more knowledgeable on the world of Naruto. Those two had the most broken Sharingan abilities" God acknowledged with a small smile.

"Hehe thanks" I said whilst rubbing the back of my head in embarrassment.

"Now for your last wish, think carefully about this"

Taking God's words into account I pondered for a moment before answering "I wish to be born as Rias's younger twin brother" I concluded

The deity once again impressed and guessed my reasons "Very good, with this you will be able to be naturally close to canon which allows safety whilst you advance in strength and due to your knowledge of the series you are safe provided you don't do anything foolish. Not to mention you will be able to fly, while achievable in the Narutoverse but this way there's no need to waste Chakra Coins and that solves your lack of aerial combat. Then you also gain Evil Pieces which can boost the abilities of the Kunoichi you summon and solve the aerial combat issues they may face, but then again they are ninja and can easily adapt to any combat situations. Then due to your close connection with Rias you can also pursue relationships with Rias and the female members of her Peerage. Am I right?"

"Yes, those were the reasons I came up with and being the twin of Rias instead of say, Sona, I have a chance of gaining the Power of Destruction which will be useful early on" I acknowledged with a large grin.

"Not only that but your favourite character is Akeno right?" He wagged his eyebrows suggestively with a grin on his face.

"Am I that easy to read?" I muttered in embarrassment.

"No kid I am God for a reason, I knew what you were thinking all along" He laughed good-naturedly.

"Then why did you make me state my wishes?" I asked confused

"For the readers of course" He answered as if it was obvious

"The readers?"

"Enjoy your new life kid!" was the last thing I heard before darkness.
