Could We Try Again At Love?

When do we fall in love? How far do we delve in the depths of falling? With the time I have left, I have so many questions and unanswered calls, but if luck would have it.... . . . . . May I fall in love with you? For 400 years, there was a castle. This castle should've rotted with time, yet it stood behind the overgrown plants and towering trees. The vines didn't dare to climb up those walls; it was as if it was frightening to even touch the castle. Nobody dared to step into the court; no mere mortal could. The castle seems bare with its lack of life, but beneath the surface; lurks a creature that has lived without the age of time. A creature that would pass by windows, its appearance undetermined through the foggy tinted windows, and the dim lighting would only cast a shadow on its frame. The winter is unbearable and ruthless with its harsh winds, the trees frozen in place, and the ground looked like a white canvas, waiting for someone to paint it back to life. Within the forest, a human had struggled through the falling temperatures and cold kisses of the snow; with little effort, her body ceased moving, dropping to her knees and lying against the trees. Her warm breath colored the cold air, and her eyes closed in great tiredness. Her body limped and sore; she was almost a corpse. Just before her body was consumed by the damp cold, warmth enveloped her body, making her slumber not the last.

Education is a Power Tool

Education is a fundamental human right and essential for the exercise of any other human rights. It promotes individual freedom and empowerment and yields important development benefits, yet millions of children and adults remain deprived of educational opportunities, usually as a result of poverty. Education is a powerful tool by which economically and socially marginalised adults and children can lift themselves out of poverty and participate fully as citizens. Imagine a world without schools and colleges! No matter how much we hate waking up early for school or studying all night for those tests and exams, an educated person gets better opportunities in life. It is easier for a person to become successful and realise his/her dreams as compared to someone who is uneducated. Education is extremely important because you overcome superstitions. Superstitions are baseless, useless, and may affect your life negatively. Illiterate and uneducated people tend to hold certain superstitious beliefs. Education and awareness are the best ways to combat superstitions and replace such beliefs with reason and logic. Education also helps with keeping up with the world because we live in an ever changing world. New technologies keep coming up, and if you don’t want to be left behind, you must keep up with the world, which is moving really fast. Without education, it will be really difficult for you to adapt to all these changes. An uneducated person is much more aware of the latest technologies and all the changes that are taking place in the world. For example, an uneducated person may not know about the benefits of the internet, whereas an educated person uses this gift of technology regularly for work as well as for entertainment. Education helps with healthcare because illiteracy often breeds ignorance, and this ignorance may prove to be dangerous when it comes to healthcare. Educated people know more about preventive methods which protect them from a number of diseases. An illiterate and ignorant person is likely to ignore the symptoms and avoid seeking medical aid unless the problem becomes very serious. Hence, education enables you to take better care of yourself as well as your family. We need education because we gain wisdom and understanding of the world we live in, and it help us gain respect because the more educated you are, the more respect you will gain from those around you. So, education is what we need if we want an answer to our “what’s”, “how’s”, and “where’s”. You get to understand and know more about your surroundings. Education makes the world a safer and more peaceful place because it majorly affects our common understanding of the difference between right and wrong

It's kind of creepy." Surrounding people gasped at her accusation. A lady said disdainfully, -"Who are you to talk with our young master Wilson like that? Don't you know, he can't see!" -"What... Who can't see? He was clearly smirking while looking at my face, after kissing me yesterday. Wait... Who's young master Wilson!" He maintained his poker face as he murmured under his breath, 'Girl, I am your DESTINY'. A few months later: His lips brushed past her earlobe. -"Let me see, where that SOB had touched you." She shuddered as his breath fanned on her neck. She stammered, -"None... Stop... That's none of your business." He sucked the flesh of her shoulder as he leaved a mark there.
