My Journey (Poetry)

"My Journey." This is my Journey through depression and anxiety. I have trouble expressing and speaking about how I feel. So, I turned to poetry and write down everything that I feel. I want to share these poems, to help someone else that is going through a rough time and know that you're not alone. I've felt alone, I felt like no body cared about me and I thought that there was no reason for me to be here. I realized that this is where I'm suppose to be, that I have a purpose in life and I have to be here in order to find that purpose. So, never give up. Walk with your head held high and know that you belong in this world. You have a purpose and you have to be here to find out what that purpose is.
