The Blessings of the Wind Spirit King

The boy almost punched her in the face because he got annoyed to her for her teasing. The scene that Richard saw was when he was about to be hit by the boy.
"Don't worry about me brother, I'm fine!" Reina said to her brother.
Leonor greeted her teeth while Liana's fake smile was plastered on her face.
"I'm here for you sister you don't need any man other than me your brother" said Richard confidently.
The Duke slapped his son's head with irritation "What are you saying? If you're going home with us let's all enter in the carriage. By the way Liana aren't you going to enjoy the party?"
"Duke, if you are not there what am I supposed to do in that place" said Liana cutely.
Reina and Richard's face turned green with disgust.
"Ehem….ok, come on" the Duke said seriously.
It's already midnight when they returned on the mansion. The Duke and her new wife have different rooms while the three of them returned to their own rooms.
"The male lead is really extremely handsome although the second male lead is also handsome but when you compared the two of them Hellery, the seventh Prince is really outstanding. The only flaw is that he is not the Empress Child and the Empress is wary about the existence of the Emperor's other children. What the heck he wants to her?" She felt pity about Prince Hellery's future but even her future is bleak. "I need to survive and in order for that to happen I must win the Seventh Prince trust. If he wants me to work for him that is much better. May be he could use this opportunity to compromise to him not to kill her in the future" this is the idea Reina come up to before she fell asleep.
In the Seventh Prince room…
"What a very interesting woman?" Prince Hellery said to himself he remembered how the Duke's daughter reaction when she saw him. He can't fight his urge to smile. She seems like a hamster who are munching on her food with delight but when she saw him she can't hide her shock and admiration to him. Commonly whenever other people look at him like that he felt disgusted but when she looks at him he felt proud for her features. "What's wrong with me" he said to himself while smiling.
After he walked away earlier he saw how his brother Prince Helsion interrogate her about her relationship to him. He felt mad when he heard that but at the same time he felt relieve when she said she wants to annul his engagement to him.
"Your highness it seems the Duke will request the Emperor's approval for the annulment of their engagement" said Tito.
"That's good! Now we can have her exclusively. We have to be thankful with that idiotic Crown Prince. Making an enemy out with the person who is blessed by the Wind Spirit King is suicide" said Prince Hellery while smiling.
"After the annulment of their engagement prepare to propose for my engagement to her" said Prince Hellery.
Tito felt like puking blood with what he heard "Pardon your highness? Is what I heard correct? You want to propose with that love sick woman?" For almost years he serve the seventh Prince this is the first time he heard him to ask for an engagement to a woman. He is too sensitive with other people's attention. He can easily felt nauseous with other people's look of admiration to him. He doesn't want others to look at him with obvious lust in their eyes.
"Yes and what's so shocking about what I say?" asked Prince Hellery confusedly.
"My Prince what happens to your mysophobia is it just a lie?" said Tito to himself.
"Any more questions, Tito?" asked the seventh Prince Hellery.
"None your majesty. May I excuse myself" said Tito.
"Yes, you may" said the Prince.
"Reina, Reina, I'm curious about what would be your reaction when you receive the news of my request in your hand in marriage" said Prince Hellery to himself while smiling mysteriously.
"My life would never be boring from now on." said Prince Hellery while putting his wine in a wine glass. "I am looking forward to it. I hope you don't disappoint me"
The subject of Prince Hellery's mind is currently sleeping soundly.
"Good morning! My lady" is what Reina heard when she wake up. She saw Ericka fixing the curtain of his room.
"Good morning! Ericka. What time is it now?" ask Reina.
"It's 9:00 in the morning Miss. I already prepared you water for your bath." Ericka answered.
"Thank you! Ericka" said Reina.
She directly take a bath and plan for her entire day.
Prince Hellery request her to meet him. I have to prepare myself for that. I also need to think of the conditions she will give if she worked for him.
"In order for me to survive I have to make sure not to piss that man off" Reina sigh to herself. "By the way according to Sir Alabaster she manifest the blessings of the Wind Spirit King. I need to know how I can use to my advantage the said blessings."
In the novel Reina didn't manifest the spirit's blessings because she is too busy pestering the crown Prince.
Typically in the novel she most likely read in her past life, the female lead tried to save the second male lead they favor and become his wife. But if you encounter it firsthand I don't think you will have the leisure time to think this way. Especially if the thing at stake is your life.
"Sob sob sob… of all people why is it me", she said to herself. "But honestly the Prince is really too pitiful. But getting involved in the protagonist life is too risky".
In the Palace …..
The Duke, Ricardo Von Helios is currently meeting the Emperor of the Ecclaire Kingdom.
"What can I do for you, Duke Ricardo? It's been a long time since you visit me" the Emperor said.
"Your majesty I want to request an annulment for my daughter Reina and your son Crown Prince Helsion" said the Duke directly.
The Emperor's eyebrows twitch with disappointment towards his eldest son.
"Duke are you sure with that? Don't you want to consider?" asked the Emperor seriously.
"Yes your majesty I'm sure with it" the Duke respond.
The Emperor sigh "Ok, Zion prepare the annulment of engagement between the Duke's daughter and my son Prince Helsion" command the Emperor to his subordinate.
"Yes your majesty" the middle aged man beside the Emperor get the documents that the Duke brought and put the Emperor's seal into it.
"Here is the document you need?" said Zion and give the documents to the Duke.
"Thanks your majesty" said the Duke respectfully.
The Emperor smiled bitterly that is the scene that he see when the Crown Prince arrive.
"Father what is the meaning of this?" asked the Crown Prince.
"What the hell are you doing here?" asked the Emperor angrily to his unfilially son.
"Father I don't want to annul my engagement to Reina" said the Prince.
The Emperor felt that all the blood in his body is boiling because of anger.
"You idiot and you still have the guts to disapprove if just behave yourself the Duke's daughter won't annul your engagement to her. Now you have the audacity to question my decision. Guards escort the Crown Prince to his chamber he is grounded for two months" command the Emperor to his Palace guards.
"But father…. Reina manifest the blessings of the Wind Spirit King" said Prince Helsion.
All the people inside the Emperor's office are stunned.
"What did you say?" asked the Duke.
"Your daughter Reina manifest the blessings of the Wind Spirit King" said the Crown Prince.
"Is that really true?" asked the Emperor to his son.
"Yes, one of my subordinate told me about it" the Crown Prince answered.
"How can that be possible?" the Duke said disbelievingly.
"I don't know the exact things that happened but according to my subordinate it happened during the time that Reina got attacked in the woods" said the Crown Prince.
"Duke seems like your family's legend is manifest in your daughter" said the Emperor amusedly. "Can you consider your decision about your daughter's engagement?" he added.
"I'm sorry your majesty but I will let my daughter decide about it" answered the Duke.
"Ok, how about, this tell your daughter that she can have any of my son as his husband if she desires it. I'll just have to make sure that the holder of the spirit blessings will be stolen on our Kingdom" said the Emperor righteously.
Almost all the people present felt like vomiting blood with the Emperor's shamelessness.
"What a shameless old guy?" said the Duke to himself "I can't promise you yet your majesty I will talk to my daughter about it" added the Duke with irritation.
