Chloe's Pov.

On Friday afternoon, the company was on leave in advance. Four traveling buses stopped in front of the building, and the employees of our company lined up to get in the bus.

I sat in the bus and kept looking out. The company's "C" levels had been here, but I still didn't see Henry.

"Is he coming or not?" Joy was a little anxious.

"I don't know either," I replied with a frown.

"I don't think he'll go. We'll set off in five minutes. My money!" Joy covered her face in disappointment.

"Well, at worst, I'll treat you to lunch this month." I had admitted defeat.

I wasn't surprised by this result. I had a hunch that he wouldn't come.
