Multiverse travel and extraction ability!

I once again prayed to anyone who was, maybe listening to my insignificant prayers. I was not very hopeful but still I prayed every night before sleeping so that when I wake up my wish would be granted.

It was a wish I had asked for in every conscious moment for years now. Over time other wishes of mine had all been forgotten but I still held on to this one for the longest. I had long since forgotten or should I say let go of all other wishes of mine.

This wish too, I was asking just for the sake of it. I knew it was stupid but I still continued. It wasn't a desperate wish, it was an indifferent one as if I knew it won't be answered in my own heart but still there was a little bit of hope always left.

One night my wish was finally answered...

When I woke up the next day I remembered the feeling of calmness and euphoria. I instinctually knew that I had been given powers. I knew I was very blessed to be given them. I didn't knew who gave them to me but I was grateful to them regardless and will be so as long as I live. They/it/him/her didn't talk to me niether did they show themselves so I think they want to just watch from afar. Well I am not complaining in any way.

The power I was given was that of to go to different worlds throughout the multiverse and even choosing which time I was going to and that of exraction there were limits to what I could do but they were expandable over time.

I knew instinctually again that right now my extraction power would allow me to extract a extremely powerful item and I knew exactly what the item was, where it will be found and how to get it.

The item i was thinking about was something so powerful that it would allow me to break through the bounds of my mortality, and make me truly in one word godly.

The item was the SENTRY SERUM.

With the help of my powers I could just wish for the place I want to go to and I will, the time and all the other stuff are all taken care of by the powers which I think kind of pick up on what exactly I want to do and make it happen within reason.

So I used my powers, nothing left to do now. I willed myself to be in the marvel universe where the Sentry Serum is there and the laboratry it is present in and I instantly transfered to the place and there infront of me was the thing.

A tube with the words Sentry Serum on it. Now the thing is I cannot take the tube for myself because any moment now Robert Reynolds will be coming in as the alarms are going off across the lab.

Good thing is that I don't need to take the tube, I just need to extract it. I instinctually knew that I had to raise my hand and will it in my mind to extract it.

I reached out my right hand and then I willed it in my mind to extract it. It took a few seconds but a new tube came to my hand and the original one was still there waiting for its destined one to take.

With that I willed myself to return to my previous world. I disappeared form that world and returned to my original world.

Now I don't want to do anything supernatural in this world. I will keep it for the other worlds and I also realized that I return to the same exact time I left so that was a big relief if I decide that I want to continue to live in my original world.

I did my morning routine and changed into better clothes and packed myself a bag with all the essentials, I was now ready to leave once again. I knew the system will not allow for more extractions of this high level for a while now so it was time fir me to change and change I will.

I had the power to travel the multiverse, I had a serum which would essentially make me a god and I was euphoric.

I tried to think where I wanted to go and after a while of thinking I decided that I wanted to go to a world which has no supernatural phenomenon like in my world and no satellites so from the top of my head I willed myself to go to the world of Sherlock Holmes. The world has no supernatural phenomenon and all that and not as advanced. I thought about the place I should be in when I transform so I choose a deep forest near the city of london.

I instantly got transfered to the world and the exact place I wanted to be in. There were thick cover of trees all around and no animals in sight. I could tell I was for away from any human settlement so I quickly did a survey of the area and made sure no one or thing was nearby. I kept by bag a little way away from me. It was then I opend the serum tube, it was golden in colour and was shining a little.

I took a deep breath and brought the tube towards my lips, the moment the shining liquid touched my lips I felt a warmth spread through my mouth, as I continued to drink up the serum I could feel the warmth starting to spread throughout my chest.

With a final gulp I finished the serum and now the warmth was turnjng into an inferno which spread throughout my body. I was literally shining right now and the energy was beginning to become unbareable. It hurt like hell, it was as if thousand of burning hot needles were pressed throughout my body. I tried to let out a scream but nothing came out and then I proceeded to release a ton of energy which resulted an explosion which teared up the trees around me and with that, I lost consciouness.

Thankfully it was day time and I was pretty deep in the forest so hopefully other than scaring a few animals, people should not find me.

Its just the beginning of the journey and there are many adventures to be had. I will have a fun life in the multiverse.
