' Sigh better not be another high grade potion.' I thought as I looked at the system.

' Pull it.' I asked Iris.

As I read the description, I felt my left my eye heat up, closing my eyes. I felt my left eye being destroyed and regenerated.

Steam was being released from my left eye

' This is a new experience. Usually, it would be a limb or a wound. But regenerating an eye is new.' I thought as I turned my head away from Atalanta, who was sitting next to me.

I didn't want her to see the steam releasing from the eye

As I felt my left eye finish regenerating, I already felt like I could control it thanks to instant Mastery and absolute body control.

Opening my left eye and stared into the reflection of the steel spoon that was created by a master craftsman.

Seeing the new Dojutsu, I turned the Jōgen off.

' A Jōgen, never heard of that Dojutsu.' I thought as I looked down the balcony.

Me and Atalanta were sitting in a building looking out of the balcony.

" He's unreliable. It seems his words are his only good points." Atalanta said as she turned her head towards me.

I nodded.

" Yes, it's been a week already, and many heroes have gathered here." I said as I looked down from the balcony.

Just as I finished, I felt my chakra being disrupted.

I frowned a little.

' Iris, why is my chakra in disarray?'

< I have an answer. It should be because of the Dojutsu.>

'Dojutsu??....'

It was then I remembered Kakashi.

' Bloodline, no...it's the chakra, isn't it.'

< Yes, it appeared the Jōgen needs a higher level of Charka or an increase of purity. >

' The Jōgen would use a lot of chakra, so I would need to increase my chakra or find a way to increase my chakra purity. The thing is, I already trained the chakra to its highest purity, which means there's a new higher skill or level for Chakra manipulation.'

I concluded as I made a quick seal to seal my chakra to the chaotic chakra. Even if I force it to calm down, it would be problematic in battle if I lose focus.

' Sigh, more training and experiment.' I thought as I looked down at the crowd looking at the newly arrived heroes that appeared in the city.

" Hm? It looks like Jason's luck is kicking in." I said as I spotted

"Asclepius, the man who can bring back the dead, I don't think my healing has reached that level." I said as Atalanta looked at me.

" You just regenerate." She gave me a blank look.

I just looked back at her.

" And? you can't. All you have is a spell for healing." I replied as Atalantas' eyebrow twitched.

" I'm going to beat...."

" With what? a stick?" I interrupted her as she held her arrow up.

Atlanta narrowed her eyes at me, and I just stared back into hers.

We stayed like that for a few seconds before she rushed at me from her seat.

I jumped over the railing over the balcony as Atalanta chased after me.

* A few weeks later *

* SPLASH!! *

The waves crashed against the boat.

" So how did you get this enormous ship?" I turned my head towards the direction of the voice.

I saw Yuto elegantly stand by the edge holding the rope that holds the sails. His white cloak swayed from the wind along with his hair.

I put my hands on my hips and arrogantly looked at him.

" Of course, a ship like this

Yuto gave me a blank stare as he turned back to look at the sea.

I stood there like an idiot as everyone on the ship looked at me.

Some shook their heads and looked on with amusement.

But I didn't care, I managed to get them on my side to become king, even Hercules managed to fall under my great Charisma.

But Yuto, he was different from what the teacher described him.

Aristos.

It was a name I always heard with along with the hero Atalanta.

Kind, cheerful, determined, helpful, brave, honest, and most of all, a true hero.

But seeing him now was different. I thought I could easily sway Aristos to swear loyalty, but seeing him now, Yuto, was like seeing a...

Monster.

Those eyes that lit up like the sun, but the emotions behind them are what truly scares me.

It was like seeing hope and chaos at the same time. And eternal conflict that I can't describe.

If I were to describe Yuto, it would be Chaotic good. He still has the qualities of a hero, but he's ruthless, just like his fight with Hercules.

A fight that I still can't believe that Hercules lost, the strongest man I know lost by someone who mercilessly beaten him with his own bare hands.

I can't imagine if he had a weapon.

" Hey, do you still have any more potions?" I looked to see Asclepius asking Yuto.

Yuto pulled a bottle from his cloak and threw it towards Asclepius, who caught it and nodded before walking away.

" Why did you give him another one?" The grumpy cat said as she walked Ober towards Yuto.

Yuto just shrugged.

Asclepius has been studying those bottles that Yuto gave him in return with something that I don't know.

I didn't bother to think anymore and sat back down and drank.

A [ hope in chaos ].

It was a unique skill created with the help of [ Eyes of Fate ] and [ Possibilty Manipulation]

I overlooked the sea from the ship as I held the rope that's attached to the sails.

Atalanta was carving something as the other heroes were busy with themselves.

Asclepius, we had a deal that if I could give some high-grade potion and he's able to create them with a 100% match, I'll give him a drop of Pheonix potion.

In return, he'll teach me some of his medical knowledge and the recipe for the potions.

Giving him these potions would help in his medical knowledge.

I would admit his knowledge of medicine and his talent for it is higher than mine, even with the system.

Maybe if I focused on it every day, I would probably get to his level in a few years.

But right now, I'm focusing on getting used to the [ Hope in Chaos ] skill.

Seeing the golden path change its course, I looked back towards Peleus.

" Peleus!! Turn the ship eastward!!"

Peleus hurriedly jumped towards the upper deck and steered the ship Eastward.

Peleus was a cautious man, but he during these few weeks, he has grown to trust my instincts and instruction.

Most heroes here don't mind having me command them as Jason was known to be a sloppy leader except the tines we were back into a wall.

Like the huge shark that attacked us a few days, which Jason's luck and instructions led us towards safety but we were stranded in the middle of the ocean because of it and now I'm using [ Hope in Chaos ] skill to help us back into land and get our bearings and supplies.

A red path covered the area the ship was previously at.

* SPLASH!!! *

A huge tenacles came from the sea.

" I..IT..ITS THE KRAKEN!!!" Jason screamed as he ran behind Hercules.

I glanced at Jason before looking at the two siblings.

" Castor, Pollux, you two help...." Before I could finish, Castor interrupted me.

" I don't take orders from you, human!" Yelled Castor.

I stared at Castor.

Pollux elbowed Castor.

" Brother, I think it's wise we follow his instruction." Pollux whispered to Castor.

Castor crossed his arms and nodded.

" If you say so, sister." He said as he took out his shield, and Pollux held her sword.

" Just make sure that tentacles don't damage the ship." I spoke before the twins rushed towards the large tenacle.

" Atalanta..."

" Already on it." She said as she aimed her bow to help the twins.

Thesseus came forward and held a sword.

" Not yet, Thesseus, when the Kraken surfaces, you'll be the first to attack.

Thesseus nodded as he focused on the tenacles that appeared.

* Swoosh *

Atalanta shot an arrow at a tentacle that almost hit the twins. The twins continued to attack before retreating.

I looked back at Peleus.

" Turn the ship north."

Peleus nodded and steered the ship.

* Thud x2 *

The twins landed back on the ship.

" Thesseus, now!" I shouted as the ocean surface broke as a Kraken surfaced.

* RRRROOOOOAAAARRRRR!!!!! *

Thessues jumped, making the ship sway.

Jason fell on his face, The twins held each other, and Atlanta held onto the rope.

Hercules also grabbed his sword as he stared at the Kraken.

I looked back at him as he stopped his foot from stepping.

I looked back to see more red paths and red ribbons appearing.

I frowned and looked back at Hercules and moved my head to indicate to help Thesseus.

He nodded as he stepped forward and jumped.

" W.. WAIT!!" Jason yelled as he reached out his arm towards Hercules.

* SPLAAASH * * Slash! *

Hercules and Thesseus slayed the Kraken, and the twins, along with Atalanta, destroyed a few tenacles that almost destroyed the ship.

Blood covered the ship and ocean.

But another Kraken surfaced on the other side of the ship as I looked at the other heroes on board.

" Everyone defend the ship!!" I commanded.

* A few minutes later. *

" Ugh, I'm covered in filth." said Jason as he was covered in blood.

The twins and Atalanta weren't lucky as well as they were covered in blood.

Hercules and Thesseus proudly stood on the ship as they stared at the second Kraken slowly sink.

Luckily, I wasn't covered in blood, nor was I wet from the ocean.

" Asclepius!!" I yelled.

* Creak *

Asclepius opened the door and peeked outside.

" Help everyone with their wounds....no, actually just Castor needs patching up." I said as I looked at everyone.

Most other heroes died from fighting of the second Kraken as Hercules and Thesseus quickly finished the first Kraken before attacking the second one.

I could've helped, but some of these heroes had ribbons that were attached to gods.

And I wasn't going to have a gods spy on this ship when I'm already dealing with jason, who is chosen as a hero from the gods.

My ideals were to help and protect the weak. The gods went against that as they used them for playthings and entertainment.

These heroes only cared about glory and power they get from the gods.

" No! I don't need fixing!!" Screamed Castor.

" Brother, you should get healed." Spoke Pollux as she tried to drag Castor.

" I don't care!" Castor replied.

" I'll be sad if you die." Pollux held his arm as she looked up towards Castor.

" Ugh, fine." Castor relented.

I watched on to see Castor and Pollux walking into Asclepius' room for healing.

I instinctly tilted my head to the side to dodge the blood that Atalanta swung at me.

I looked at Atalanta.

before I could, she spoke.

" Why didn't you help?" She narrowed her eyes at me.

I didn't say anything and just held my finger up to the sky.

A crack appeared in the sky.

" Spies." I spoke, and it seems Atalanta understood as she understood how I didn't like the gods.

Especially the bad ones.

The gods could always use their champions' bodies to see their view, but there are also gods that have divine items that could spy on anyone from afar.

This was a skill I learned from Yggdrasill that countered spying.

Though it used more mana than using word magic, it helped to surprise someone without saying the attack once they understood the magic once I spoke them with word magic

We continued to sail through the ocean as I purified the ship with [ Purification ].
