11:11 AM.
The rain has just stopped. It's cold. I find it difficult to get up.
What's worst is that, I am low-battery.
"Damn it!" I muttered as I searched for something I could use to recharge. As I was lying down in bed, I moved my hands from left to right while reaching out for something.
Well of course! That something is a cellphone charger dummy. You would probably think, why didn't I just say I was searching for my charger?
Well, my answer would the same with what my mom had just said, "Anak, tara kain na."
I want to say, 'Ayoko muna,' but, I have to force myself even though I don't want to.
It was the same with the reason why I used the term 'something' instead of the term 'charger.'
One, of course, to whoever is reading this right now. I wanted you to get the two possible information from my statement in the 4th paragraph. The first; it's a metaphor. The second; is literal.
Two, I wanted to feel that someone understands me. If not my mom, or my family. I wish, at least YOU.
"Anak, it's lunch time."
"Coming."
...even though, I don't wanna.
