Chapter 88: Together For The Night

Song Mansion.

Standing outside the brightly illuminated palace style residence, Soo Min sighed, "How did I get pulled into this…?"

After their dinner at the japanese restaurant, Mother Song's car 'coincidentally' broke down and Soo Min offered to drop her off since the road services wouldn't reach there for another hour. But upon arriving at the ancestral residence, she somehow got wound up into staying over for the night due to the weather forecast's mentioning of a typhoon and Mother Song's constant pleas.

There was just one thing she forgot to take into account with all this. No one had mentioned anything about having to share a room with Ryan.

"Alright now. Since it's getting late, you two should go and rest." Mother Song with a seemingly innocent smile.

In order to pass time, Soo Min started randomly walking around the living room and touching pillows as if she were admiring the embroidery on them.

"Then let's go to our room." Ryan said as a charming smile graced his face dazzling all of the people who witnessed it."Take a shower first or

you'll catch a cold"

'It's alright Soo Min. Not like you can avoid it forever. Besides, if he tries to pull anything with me, then god help him.' With that, she nodded hesitantly.

Ryan pulled Soo Min upstairs and into their room. For once, his mother actually did something he was grateful for. This was going to be one long night!

Young Master's Bedroom.

After stopping by a tall door, Ryan opened it and pulled her in. Soo Min looked around the room to see a really spacious room with a massive bed with side tables and lamp shades on top of it. There were three doors; one that led towards the master bathroom, one for the balcony that overlooked the garden, and the last one for the walk-in closet.

"You can take a shower first. I've already asked someone to prepare some clothes for you. It'll be here shortly." Ryan said and softly pushed the indecisive Soo Min into the bathroom to freshen up.

Double checking the lock on the door, Soo Min nodded with satisfaction before she started to undress herself and then went to take a shower.

Soo Min sighed as the hot water showered on her made contact with her porcelain skin. Her closed eyes quivered for a moment as she felt her

stiff body relax for a little bit. For her today was a fun day, but also quite exhausting since she was running on a little more than just four hours of sleep.

In fact at this moment, all she wanted to do was go and crash on the bed.

Soo Min heaved another sigh and turned off the shower. She then stepped out of the shower area and grabbed her towel and wrapped her body with it. She got another towel to squeeze her wet hair dry before walking out of the bathroom.

When she got out, she saw Ryan sitting on the edge of their bed with his attention focused on her. He was looking at her with a burning gaze.

"What you looking at?" Soo Min asked with a frown.

"You." Ryan smirked, raising his fine brow into an elegant curve.

'You think I don't know that, what I meant was stop looking.' Soo Min's lips twitched with annoyance.

"Anyways, do you have a hairdryer?" Soo Min asked. If she slept with her hair soaking wet, she was bound to get a headache.

"Yeah. It's in the bathroom. I'll get it for you." With that, Ryan stood up and leisurely walked towards the master bathroom, while Soo Min trailed right behind him.

Opening one of the drawers, he took out a blow dryer and pulled it in to a nearby outlet.

"Oh. I didn't realize it was right there." Soo Min said aloud, before walking over to use it.

Unraveling her small white towel on her hair, she started by blowing the ends and slowly made her go to her roots.

Realizing the other presence in the room, she was a bit vexed as she wasn't sure why the man hadn't left yet.

"Do you need to use the bathroom?" Soo Min asked without looking at him.

"No. Well, at least not yet. Unless you want to see me shower. Just say the word and l'll do it for you." Ryan offered as he leaned his body on the bathroom door with with half-opened shirt, showing his well-toned chest. His eyes danced in amusement and mischief as a laugh escaped his pink lips.
