Before Peace

Silver Horn was easily killed by Fumori Masaki, a result both the guards and the Hokage considered normal. Only Sora, who had been staying in the prisoner of war camp, was very surprised. But this was not the point. The point was that with the death of Silver Horn, Golden Horn would be on the verge of losing control, running away like the others.

Knowing this, and with everyone's cooperation, Tobirama left the imprint of the Flying Thunder God on Golden Horn's body. However, Tobirama didn't use it lightly to avoid early exposure. Instead, Tobirama waited for Silver Horn's death before signaling the others to immediately contain Golden Horn.

Perhaps this was fine, in the world of the Pure Land, the two brothers could still be together as they had in the past.

However, Golden Horn didn't intend to wait for death obediently. Although the couldn't recover from his injuries, the activity provided to his body by Nine-Tails' chakra enabled him to move again. The people here were all enemies, and at least some of them had to be taken down with him.

After piercing Golden Horn's heart, Tobirama initially thought it was over. However, he felt the chakra inside Golden Horn still swelling rapidly. Tobirama quickly distance himself.

At the moment Tobirama left Golden Horn, the bright red chakra burst out. Golden Horn whole body appeared to be burned by the chakra, completely covered by the Nine-Tails chakra. Although Tobirama hadn't seen it with his own eyes before, he knew this must be the second form of the tailed beast.

Golden Horn roared, and the air quickly deformed and twisted. The pure impact force produced crushed the ground in front of him and caused trees to collapse. The six tails behind him turned into hands and grabbed at the surrounding with extreme speed. Fortunately, the guards and Sora had  anticipated this and dodged in advance. But those who focused elsewhere were not so lucky.

Some Konoha ninjas and Kumo ninjas were caught because they were too late to dodge. Their body were simply crushed, their bones and internal organs shattered, and they died on the spot. The other ninjas looked at the bright red chakra in horror, worried it would be come towards them, but soon realized they didn't need to be concerned.

Golden Horn could only make this final blow. He stood stiffly on the spot, and the bright red chakra slowly faded, exposing his burned skin, looking as if he had been burned to death by fire.

Tobirama checked and confirmed that the chakra in Golden Horn had completely disappeared, and his breathing had stopped. Needless to say, his heart had been pierced, and he was completely dead.

The guards were in shock. They didn't expect Golden Horn to perform such a terrifying attack before he died. It was just about being caught,  no matter who it was, they were going to be finished, it is indeed a madman who could shallow the Nine-Tails flesh and do things that ordinary people couldn't.

Sora calmed down, looked at the standing body of Golden Horn, and was silent for a while. Then, in a flash of golden thunder, Golden Horn's body was split in two, and the red gourd on his waist fell into her hands.

Worried that Golden Horn was not completely dead, Sora took the opportunity to take the red gourd and slashed again. She saw that Golden Horn's body did not have much blood, probably due to the burns from Nine-Tails xhakra. In short, Golden Horn was completely dead.

Because of Golden Horn's death, the morale of the Golden Horn and Silver Horn troops plummeted. Others, shocked by Golden Horn's blow before his death, turned their energy against the remnants of the Golden Horn and Silver Horn troops.

Ignoring the troops being driven to extinction, Sora place the red gourd on the ground and tried to inject chakra into it. However,  she couldn't control the chakra and it was sucked into the red gourd.

Sora was shocked. In the fight with Golden Horn, she had used a lot of chakra, and the gourd absorbed even more. Chakra is the transformation of physical strength, and once it exceeds the limit, It means the cells throughout the body will fail and die.

Sora hurriedly controlled her chakra to prevent it from draining, and finally managed to control it. Annoyingly, the red gourd, despite absorbing so much chakra, showed no reaction. She didn't know if it was not enough chakra or the wrong method.

"Let me try it." Seeing this, Tobirama stepped forward. After so many battles, he still had adequate chakra as a member of the Senju clan. If the Senju clan were indeed descendants of the Sage of Six Paths, he should have no problem using the red gourd.

Sora looked at the Second Hokage,  hesitated for a moment, then nodded in agreement. Tobirama squatted down and reached out to touch the red gourd. Immediately, the gourd lit up, and a figure emerged, changing from small to large- it was the Second Raikage.

"Raikage-sama!" Seeing that her Raikage was safe, Sora excitedly hugged the Second Raikage.

The Second Raikage was still a little confused. After being sealed in the red gourd, although he was unable to move, his consciousness remained. He was always prepared to act when he could move again. He had anticipated that Golden and Silver Horn will eventually let him out to kill him.

As the Second Raikage of Hidden Cloud Ninja Village,  even if he was destined to die, he wouldn't be captured obediently! However, when he emerged, ready to fight back, he was on of his student Sora rushing up and quickly stopped, almost hurting her.

"Sora, you..." Just as Second Raikage began to speak, he saw other Konoha ninjas and Kumo ninjas beside Tobirama and the guards. He quickly understood the current situation.

"Hokage, I was saved by your Konoha Ninja Village, thank you very much," the Second Raikage said with a sigh of relief. He saw that the Kumo Ninjas here were those captured by Konohagakure. Otherwise, Sora couldn't be here, meaning that Konoha Ninja Village had come help with reinforcements.

"It's nothing. Since you didn't arrange the raids by Golden and Silver Horn, he agreement to negotiate peace is still valid. Although there is no formal agreement, allies should help each other," Tobirama said.

"You are right," the Second Raikage nodded. "Sorry Hokage, but Golden and Silver Horn being here means the village is in chaos. I have to go back and deal with it."

Although Golden and Silver Horn were dead, the Second Raikage was concerned about the follow-up impact and dared not stop there. There were other important matters to address.

"I understand," Tobirama said, not insisting on continuing the peace talks. In his view, the peace talks had been achieved. There was no need to prevent other from quelling the rebellion for the sake of formality. If he did, it might cause resentment. "Wherever you need help, just say it. This is our responsibility as allies."

Of course, Tobirama did not expect the Second Raikage to ask Konoha to help quell the chaos in the Land of Lightning. That was impossible, but other forms of assistance could be provided. Anyway, Kumo Ninja Village would owe Konoha a favor.the people of the Land of Lightning as valued kindness highly. Although national interests couldn't be solely determined by emotions, they coat least influence some decisions and play an important role.

After the rebellion in Kumogakure ceased,  they would have no strength left even if they wanted to fight. In other words, peace between the Land of Fire and the Land of Lightning had truly come.
