Kings End

Thousands of years ago there was a God and everyone in the land worshiped him. This God was the all powerful God of the land and this God got bored of the same thing over and over watching these humans fight over the most menial things so this God asked for four Kings that worshiped him to come forth. The four kings were King Charlie, King Artur, King Drag, and King Hank now the God said to the kings "You four kings worship me with everything and will give anything to me so I've decided to spice things up and give a gift to you four, and this gift will be my power but it will be in the form of playing cards. Spicy right?" Now of course the kings laughed at the gods words who wouldn't. Then King Artur asked the God "My great lord and God I mean no disrespect when I say playing cards are just to play games with, what does giving us such an item do." the god replied to the king "Ah great king of the west, like I stated I'm going to give you my power so the cards you shall receive are special, they shall give the holder special abilities." Then King Charlie asked the God a very stupid yet understandable question "What kind of abilities?" this part of the story is my favorite so as I was saying, the God said to the kings "Well kings like I said it's the form my power is going to take, these abilities will make any enemie fall at your feet with just a word said from your mouths." the God let the kings think about it for a minute as he created 52 cards imbued with his power and then told the kings "Each of you will receive 13 of these cards, but keep the king or you'll lose all control over your subordinates. Now Charlie my friend you get shall receive the Diamond cards which will give you superior intellect becoming a grand strategist with ultimate wisdom. Artur you shall receive the Club cards now since I've decided to split up my power, anyone with a club card shall be granted great strength and to be a formidable warriors. Now we're to you Drag hmmm you dragging this on are you, well you get the Hearts and no it's not about love or anything like that no it gives you the ability to be unseen, unheard and untouchable for some. Now last but not least Hank coming from on top of your hill and you of course get the Spades did you know it's my favorite card well the ace of Spades and its cause it's my favorite shape out of all the ones that you humans made, well you get all magical powers as you all put it, creation, destruction, and so on so forth." The God handed the cards to each king as he explained it "One more thing thing it's a warning by the way since if I just give yall cards its gonna be the opposite of spicy so i sent two cards cause a deck isn't complete without them and it's the Jokers now they're gonna spice things up now no one actually has the cards yet but their gonna fall into someone's hands sooner or later so be careful because the power may be to strong to handle for most people."

Now in the little story of mine we have to go forward twenty years and the kings hand given the queen card of course to their wife the jack to the most trusted man they gave they ace to the greatest of the soldiers and the nine number cards to their nine best soldiers other than the ace of course, the kings took their forty-eight soldiers and no more to conquer the rest of the land from the islands of the unending summer to the land of eternal ice. The kings thought about it but they feared invading the other countries because they thought their God would take away the power he gifted unto them.

The four Kings thought that all was fine because there was no crime no violence nothing more than a person bumping into someone else, there were no homeless no one had to worry about what they were going to eat at night but something happened when the peace broke.
