"Are you going to work again?" a beautiful Elvira said. she was wearing a white with dotted black pyjamas.

Her hair was midnight-black and it flowed over her shoulders. she had saccharine sweet lips.

she had slender eyebrows and her eyelashes were velvety. she is about twenty five years.....

"it's late already"she said as she checked through the window.

"can't you just tell him that you can't make it tonight and you will come tomorrow" she said with a worried voice.

"No, I can't do that. he needs me urgently" An average height man said wearing a black shirt which perfectly showed his faultless body with a blue jean was standing in front of her.

He had a small, pinks lips which are very attractive. He had his hair brushed up.....

"So I really need to go" he put on his brown jacket and left the bedroom.

The room is not that small. It has a big bed which was placed by the wall side. The room was decorated with pictures of Elvira and her husband with their little kids.....

"Nicolas, what time are you coming back?" she asked.

He looked back, "I don't know"

From the back stage, a voice was heard, it was Leonel's, Nicolas son.

"Tatay,are you leaving again? But you just came back few minutes ago"

Nicolas looked at his wife and back at his son....

"Yes anak, I have to leave for work. I have some important things to do at work" he said and rubbed his son's hair.

"I have to go now. Don't wait for me so you won't be late for school tomorrow okay"

"Yes, tatay"

He kissed his wife and left with his Yamaha FZi black bike parked outside his house.

"Now lets go back inside"she said and closed the door.

The fair-sized house painted with cream color. it might look old but it is pretty good.

Elvira and Nicolas has been married for seven years. They moved from pandan, Angeles, Pampanga to Novaliches in Quezon City, Metro Manila where they decided to find a job. Novaliches is a large outskirts district of Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines located to the north from the city center.

Nicolas got a job at Valenzuela where they produce coconut juice while Elvira got a job at a supermarket

At crimson company, Valenzuela.

Nicolas went to his boss who was in the office. He knocked on the door.

"Please come in" he looked up at the person who just came in.

"oh, Nicolas, sorry for the disturbance "

Mr Banjo was sitting on a chair working

on his laptop placed In front of him.

He wore a black suit and a small

glasses. The light from the laptop

reflected on his glasses. He is about

forty-five years....

"it's nothing sir"

"sit down. The real reason why I called

you was because we received a call

that cadbury supermarket wants to be

our business partner. we will have our

products delivered at their supermarket

tomorrow "

"Cadbury supermarket? "

"Yes. why? "

"Nothing, my wife just work there"

"oh..... really, well that good. so now I want you to team up with others so we

can get the product delivered to them tomorrow"

"Okay sir "

He left the office and told this team the

information. Soon the began to produce the coconut juice, bottled and packaged it.

At Gulod, Novaliches

There was a knock on the door. Elvira got up to open the door for her husband.She gave him a hug.

"What happened? Why are you so late?" she looked up at the clock which was right in front of them.

"It is five in morning"

"I am so tired" He walked to his room.

"Let me get you a glass of water"she went to the kitchen and brought a full glass of water.

"Here you go"

She gave him the water and he drank it all. She took the empty glass cup from him and placed it on the table beside the bed.

"So what happened? " she asked as she help him pull his jacket.

"Cadbury supermarket wants to buy our products" he removed his shoes and placed it on the rack

"So that means you will come to the supermarket today"

"Yes"

He lay down on the bed and place his left arm on his head looking up at the ceiling.

"I think you should sleep now because you still have work today"

She placed her hand on his face and kissed him on his lips. They soon fell asleep

....

In the morning

Elvira woke up to cook breakfast. Nicolas came out from the room dressed for work. He wore a red shirt with a jean trouser and a black canvas.

"Mahal, sit and have your breakfast. I cooked your favorite, Kare-Kare with shrimp paste"

"Wow, this will surely taste delicious. Thanks mahal"

"Leonel, come have your breakfast " she called

"Yes, nanay"

He came out from the room wearing a black short with a white shirt having a badge on it. He wore a black leathered shoe with white socks. He is seven years old.....

"Anak, come and sit with me" Nicolas called him to sit with him

"Let me go get Carissa" she entered her room and brought Carissa out.

Carissa is their second child. she is just three years. she is cute and chubby.....

"Leonel, lead the prayer

"In the name of the father, the son and Holy Spirit amen. Lord, thank you for all the blessings you have given us. we thank you God for protecting us. we pray that You will never leave our side Amen. In the name of the father, the son and Holy Spirit

"Amen" they said in chorus

"Let us eat"

After five minutes, Nicolas was through with his food.

"Let me get your lunch for you"

She placed his food in a brown envelope and gave it to him.

"Thanks mahal" he kissed her forehead

"Anak, let's go. I don't want you to be late for school "

"let me get you things" she walked to kitchen and brought his lunch pack and gave it to him.

She wore his bag for him, " Be a good boy in school okay. Don't into any fight?"

"Okay, nay"

She hugged him and kissed his forehead.

"Carissa, be a good girl too okay. Give daddy a hug"

she hugged her dad. Nicolas and his son left the house
