I rested my chin in my palm when I suddenly remember Fiona's word

"My Lady suddenly got mad and later on we saw you on the top of the highest tree screaming you dont want to go to the Royal Ball and jumped after the Incident, The Duke gave an order to cut the highest tree"

I bit my lips because of what she said. In the novel, that kind of scene was not mentioned.

Maybe because the story is focused on Charla and Duke Floirex?

Based on what I remember there's have a five Influential duke of this kingdom.

First. My father-- a distant relative of Imperial Family

Second-- Gregoir, the first prince who declined the throne

Third-- Duke Evans he was not mentioned too much in the novel since he's just an extra but I think he was 40 years old something?

Fourth-- the male lead.

Fifth-- he was not mentioned but it is confirmed that there's have a five Influential duke of this kingdom.

I massage my temple. Why Sena doesn't want to go on that event?

If it's because of Gregoir, there's nothing wrong when I read his letter to Sena. the letter looks like thanking her for helping him out when Gregoir's horse was Injured and he's in a rush for a meeting , and coincidentally, Sena was there with her carriage and give gregoir a ride.

Well it is mentioned in the novel, but it didn't mention what happened next because the next scene was about Charla and Duke Floirex flirting to each other... the next scene after that for gregoir and Sena is at the royal ball where her partner is Gregoir and Sena became the topic of the circle and make fun and Insulted her. that's also the start on how Sena and Charla's friendship shatter because Charla.....also betrayed Sena because it's part of the case to make her move forward on it.

But Unlike Sena, sena's making an alliance with gregoir isn't that dangerous but Charla's betrayal to Sena turned Sena and her family to chaos

and the saddest part is Charla didn't even feel bad about it.

that's why I planned to continue half of my role as her friend then leave her but it seems like it I'm really entering the climax of this story.

Charla will ignore Sena like she doesn't know she exist. since charla is known in noble society. Ignoring Sena isn't hard for her because she will be surrounding by a lot of noble woman.

While sena will be Ignored and seeing by everyone as an outcast. that's how Sena's anger to Charla become worst and makes her to come to the demon's place. and that demon is Gregoir.

So since I woke up as sena, If being a Villain will save my life, I don't mind doing that.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

"Come In" I said.

"My lady, you have a visitor" Fiona said.

"Who is it?"

"It's Duke Maximore"

Maximore? Who's that? My eyebrows furrowed because of what she said.

"It's duke Gregoir Maximore, my lady" Every words she said processed to my brain. I didn't expect of meeting Gregoir earlier. I stopped biting my lips. I don't have a choice but to entertain him and face this guy who will ruined Sena's life.

"Ah! let him in to my room. please tell him i'm still not in good condition but since he makes an effort to visit me, I'll allowed him to enter this room" I said. She just nod on what I said and leave.

I bit my lips again. Come to think of it. I'm not good in names that's why I forget gregoir's surname and keep mentioning his first name in my mind.

"My lady. Duke Gregoir is coming" A maid said, I didn't see her face since she only talked behind of this closed door.

"Okay.. please prepare some tea or coffee" I said. she responded me with ''Yes ma'am"

I walked towards my couch and sat here to wait for him. I'm still wearing my night gown but I don't mind if he sees me like this. After all Sena was known as someone who doesn't care about what other thinks about her.

The Door opened

Now, I'm watching the man walks towards me. he got black hair and gold eyes. he also have a great body built and tall. the way he walks screams elegance and authority. and his existence himself also screams perfection and danger.

"My lady! why you didn't change your clothes!" I heard the head maid screams behind his back. I ignored her

"Please leave us alone" I said..

"But my lady..." I just smiled to her. she sighed and nodded then leave like she used to it.

I think my act pretending as sena works, I'm not a good actress so..I'm worried about my actions.

Fiona left the two pitcher of tea and coffee and also some drinking materials for us to use.

I just nodded at her when she looked at me. she also responded me with a nod and leave.

Now. only me and Gregoir is the only being Inside of this room. he's still standing and looking at me without any showing of emotions.

I just smiled at him

"You can sit" I said then pointed the place where he should sit. he followed it and did what I said.

It feels like magic when he followed me. A dangerous duke...just followed what this outcast said.

Well if you need something on someone you need to act like a puppy.

The room was filled by silence. he's just looking at me like he's expecting me to do something.

Should I do something?

but I didn't know how Sena treats him since in the novel they only showed up together in events like an Important tea party or Royal Ball and the way they treat each other was not sweet but not also bad.

it's just like your being with your classmate that you're not close with but you also not hate either.

"It's nice to see you safe, I thought you really don't want me to be your partner" He coldly said.

If human can transform into aircon, i'm sure this man can be one of them. it makes me feel like the temperature of this room became cold.

I laugh nervously.

"No, not at all. being your partner sounds great in my ears. I'm actually glad that my body is fine." I said. flowering him with my words. Oh please! fall to that words.

"But your brain isn't " He said like the words came out from his mouth is not an insult.

for some reasons I felt highly offended. I wish i can kick your ass right now.

"Oh?...haha.. does that informatiom came from rumors?" I asked trying to calm myself.

he shake his head

"We have same family doctor...and don't worry, I ordered someone to revise the rumors around you" he said

"Do you want some drinks? coffee or tea? " I asked trying to Ignore what he said

"Coffee"

"Here."

"Thanks"

"Since you can't remember our last moments with each other in your carriage last time. I think I should ask you again the same questions that I gave you that day" He said and straightly looked to my eyes.

"Do you hate Charla?"

"I don't hate anyone"

"She's not anyone..she's going to betray you and will take advantage of your situation right now."

I 'tsk' him

"You're doing the same tho" I said and take a sip on my tea. just where my confidence came from? from Sena's body? I hope this confidence don't lead me to death early

he blinked twice looking at me like he didn't expect what he heard.

I saw his ears turning into color red.

huh???

he looked away and chuckled a little.

"then you will marry me " he said

i think I misheard him

"I'm sorry, but no" I said.

"I'm not asking you to marry me. It's a command from the first prince of this empire and that's me"

for a moment, the silence eats our room and I felf cold because of what he said. my mind cant absorb anything and ended up being blank

I bit my lips till I tasted my own blood.

why...everything that said from novel....was slowly happening earlier??

I should be ended up being his fiancee only and being his fiancee will be said by my father to me.. and not from him!

"Stop biting your lips, or I will be the one who will bite that"

how can that cold face of yours manage to handle that kind of words in this situation.

handsome face are really unfair.

"Since you look you don't have a choice and shocked, I will take my leave now to gave you a time to think" he said and stood up.

"Marriage? I should be your fiancee first" I said out of nowhere. I cover my mouth because of what I said... sh*t .

" but fiancee can be stolen easily.." he innocently said then left me

when I'm the only one on this room I slowly lie down my whole body to this couch and stared on the ceiling.

Am I really inside of this novel? some of the novel part are happening and some isn't. is it because there's have an outsider like me?

after all i'm not created by fiction, unlike them.

I rang the bell to call a maid.

Fiona entered my room.

"Fiona, get me my most decent clothes, shoes and a cloak. I will go somewhere"

My fate will not change if I kept thinking about this novel. survival comes first. I should make a move.
