Thirty Eight

"When will the day reach my love when you will be completely mine? If only I knew what your life holds back in Chicago, then when dad asks me about when I will find someone I could tell him the truth. I so want to disclose the love I hold in my heart for you to them, but how am I going to explain it to Jen when I am not certain for myself," Nathaniel whispered as he looked down at her as she laid so helpless and eased out of the bed, "I can't afford to fall asleep here."

Nathaniel covered her and then set the air condition to the least before heading to his room, he then set the alarm for the morning.

Exhaustion overtook him as he eventually settled down after adjusting the air condition to be colder.
