I did not expect this

   The next day, I was getting ready to leave. My armor and weapons were all packed up. Even though I was conflicted about the mission, I had to do it. I had no other options. It was my duty as a warrior. I stood in front of the mirror, checking my appearance one last time. The king's men were waiting outside. They would take me to the enemy kingdom. I looked at myself in the mirror. I had long dark hair, which I kept it tied back. I was wearing my usual outfit, a dark woolen shirt and pants. I kept the colors of my clothes simple and practical. It wasn't a fancy outfit, but it suited me. I didn't think anyone would notice me in the enemy kingdom. 

"Well, are you ready?" the king's men asked me. I took a deep breath.

"Yes, I'm ready" I said. I was feeling nervous and anxious, but I was prepared to do whatever it took to complete the mission. I knew the enemies wouldn't expect me, and I hoped that would give me an advantage. 

    It took about 4 hours to leave the kingdom on horseback, if we were to walk it would take 2 days. The kingdoms were huge. The king's men lead me to the secret gate. The gate was hidden in the woods, and it was the only way to get into the enemy kingdom without being detected. The gate was secured with heavy locks, but the king had given us the keys. It was a small door, just big enough for a person to slip through. We pushed the gate open. 

 I squeezed through the narrow gate, and I was inside the enemy kingdom. The gate closed quietly behind me, and I was all alone. I was in a dark, eerie place. It was silent, and the only sound was my own breathing. I was far from home and in unfamiliar territory. 

   It took me a long time to walk from village to village until I reached the city. I snuck into the city, keeping to the shadows as much as possible. The city was lively, with people enjoying the evening and enjoying themselves. I could smell the scent of candles and cooking food coming from the houses. The mood of the city was completely different from the tense atmosphere in my own kingdom. 

    As I walked, it was clear that the people here didn't have many worries. There weren't any soldiers patrolling the streets. Everything was so peaceful, it was hard to believe this was an enemy kingdom. 

     I couldn't help feeling jealous. My people lived in fear and tension, while these people seemed so care-free and happy. The king had told me that the enemy kingdom was rich and powerful, and the lifestyle of these people seemed to reflect this. It was like two different worlds. 

    I had to focus on the mission. I couldn't let my thoughts go anywhere else or I might become distracted and make a mistake. After walking for a while, I spotted the palace. It was a large, looming structure that stood at the center of the city. 

   I knew that was where I would find the enemy princess. I had a detailed map of the palace, which would be an advantage for sneaking in and moving around. I tried my best to blend in with the crowd as I made my way towards the palace. I was still nervous, but I was determined to complete the mission. 

   As I approached the palace, the crowd become thicker and I was forced to slow down. It was the busy hours of the evening, and many people were coming and going from the palace. I tried to hide my nerves and walk as casually as possible so I wouldn't draw attention to myself. 

   As I got closer to the palace, I could hear chatter in the crowd. I tried to act normal as I listened to the people around me. I heard the ladies talking about the princess' carriage going towards the royal baths. It seemed like the princess's schedule was already known by the people in the city. But that was expected, she was a noble and everything she did was public knowledge. 

   I looked at the map and saw the royal baths were on the west side of the castle. I would have to go around the entire palace to reach the princess, but if she was going to the royal baths, I would have time to catch up to her. I started making my way towards the bathhouse. 

   I kept to the shadows and tried to minimize my movements as much as possible. I wanted to stay out of the way of the guards. I moved stealthily around the exterior of the palace, keeping my eyes open for any signs of the princess. I finally caught a glimpse of her carriage approaching the royal bathhouse ahead of me. I was relieved that I hadn't missed her. 

I increased my speed to try to catch up to the princess's carriage. I didn't have much time, and I needed to be prepared for anything. As I approached the bathhouse, I could see the guards standing outside. They were armed with spears and swords, and they looked very vigilant. 

   I had to be careful not to draw too much attention to myself as I made my way towards the royal bathhouse. I took some turns and back alleys to avoid the guards. I was close to the bathhouse now, and I could see the building ahead of me. 

 As I entered the royal bathhouse, I was taken aback by my surroundings. It was a large, extravagant structure. The walls were painted with a colorful scene of a garden, and the decor was rich and elegant. There were marble pools and statues of water deities. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. Everything was so beautiful, only the royal family was allowed here. 

    I was amazed by the luxury of this place. I had never been in such a beautiful place, and it made me jealous to see how wealthy and powerful this kingdom was. I had heard from the king that the enemies had vast treasures, but I never imagined it was to this extent. 

 I continued walking through the shadows and approaching the room where the maids were leaving. It didn't take long for me to see the princess. She was dressed in a beautiful dress and she had the air of a noble lady. I kept my distance and watched her to see which way she would go. 

    I watched the princess from a distance, hiding behind the shadows. She was beautiful, even with her veil covering her face. Her movements were graceful and elegant. But there was also a sense of pride and authority in her manner. I was struck by how young she looked, she must have been about my age. 

   The maids finally stepped out of the room, and the princess was left alone. This was my chance. I needed to act quickly before anyone could notice me. I moved quickly and silently, approaching her from behind. 

   I was taken aback when the princess let her bathrobe fall to the ground, revealing her naked body. It was not what I had expected. I quickly hid behind a wall, not knowing what to do. I was embarrassed. 

I kept my eyes down, blushing intensely. This was my first time ever seeing a naked woman. It was forbidden to look at a woman's ankle let alone her whole body. I felt myself turning red and my heart beating quickly. A part of me wanted to run away, but I couldn't let myself give in. If I wanted to complete the mission, I had to do this. I had to...be a man!

   I kept watching the princess, thinking about my next move. Maybe after she took a bath, when she got dressed, I could kidnap her. But I wasn't sure. My heart was beating hard, and I was worried that the princess might notice me if she took really long in her bath. 

I lay on the floor, trying to hold my breath and not make a sound. The princess was taking too long. She was clearly enjoying her bath. I just needed one chance to get close to her, one chance to capture her. The king made it clear that he wanted this done quickly, so I couldn't risk waiting too long. 

  I was getting hungry and thirsty waiting for the princess. She was taking forever, and I had no food or water with me. I was starting to feel weak and light-headed. It was going to be a problem if the princess still hadn't finished her bath. She was taking so long, how much longer would this take? 

 I thought about how weird women were. They spent so much time bathing, applying makeup, doing their hair and all sorts of other things before getting dressed. Why did they need to take so long? It was confusing to me. I had never been this close to a woman before. I had always been taught that women were pure and holy, and it was inappropriate to look at them. Yet here I was, looking at a naked woman. And it was driving me insane. 

 I suddenly saw the table next to the big bathtub and couldn't believe what a delicious spread of food and wines there was. I was feeling so hungry and thirsty. I wanted to go over to the table and eat something, but I couldn't move without being seen by the princess. The table looked so tempting, it wasn't fair. 

    I decided to do the only thing I could do. I slowly crawled towards the table, keeping as low as possible. I tried to move as quietly as possible. I was so hungry and thirsty and all that food and wine looked so tempting.

   As I kept crawling, I got closer and close to the table. I was almost there. I couldn't allow myself to be discovered, so I tried to move as quietly as possible. The smells of the food and drink were making my hunger increase exponentially. As I finally reached the table, I was able to see the entire spread. It was mouth-watering. My head was starting to spin from hunger and thirst. I needed to eat and drink something quickly. 

I sat under the table, and the delicious food and drinks were right in front of me. I ate and drank my fill, trying to make sure I didn't make too much noise. I was so hungry and thirsty after waiting for so long. The food was heavenly, much better than the food I normally ate. I was enjoying myself so much that I forgot about the princess. 

   I had been focused on eating my fill, but suddenly I looked up and saw a goddess looking at me with shock on her face. I was stunned as well. She was a beautiful woman, more beautiful than any woman I had ever seen. Her almond-shaped eyes were wide and her full lips were trembling. I was frozen in place, I couldn't move, couldn't speak. I had no idea what to do. I was sitting like an idiot with my mouth full of food.
