018: Airship Harbor

The dawn drew near when Arthur and Hui Ying finally saw the end of the tree line not far in front of them. The vivid lights of the rising sun guide them towards the fair silhouette of a landscape of a massive city.

"Haah… Finally, we are back to civilization," Arthur yawned wide.

However, Arthur's drowsiness was blown away by the cool and fresh breeze. His eyes were fully open upon seeing the grandeur of the West Coast City.

The city was built at the edge of a gargantuan, thousands meters cliff, facing directly towards the Sea Of Clouds. Protected by a huge dome of Shield Array that protected the city from aerial beast attack, West Coast City was the safest place to live outside the Dragon's Spine Wall.

"Woah! I never thought that there is an advanced civilization in this barbaric sub-continent!" Arthur was amazed.

He panned his view and was able to locate the Air Harbor from afar at the most western part of the city.

"Let's go to the harbor, Ming and Yin must be waiting for us." Arthur said.

Arthur was very amazed by the splendor of the Air Harbor and its massive flying ships that float above his head. 

Since Argoth was a super continental planet with 65% of its surface was land, mountains and forest, People from all across the Argoth travel through the sky by magic powered flying ships.

The ship's sizes were varied, from The Sloop which was the smallest with only a single mast. The Carrack type is the biggest type amongst all with four to five masts and fully rigged sails.

Every ship was using a massive balloon that was inflated with hot air to lift their weight up in the sky and propelled by a magic thruster on the back of the ship. It was a marvel of engineering that brought Argoth to a whole new age of voyagery.

There were dozens of ships that anchored at the piers. Arthur wondered, which one would be his ship.

Thus, his attention was caught by The Carrack Ship that has a dragon's head ornaments at her bow and her name was; Imperator Dragon. A truly befitted name to her appearance that was very big and domineering with her red and gold color theme.

"What a magnificent ship!" He complimented the work of art in front of him.

"I agree, Master." Hui Ying nodded a couple of times.

As he was about to board the ship, a rather familiar male voice called him. "She is not our ship, Arthur."

Arthur turned his head towards the voice, "Oh! Ming! I've been searching for you!"

"Likewise, I thought you didn't make it through the stampede and were killed on the way here. Anyway, follow me, our ship is about to depart."

Thus, they went to the corner most harbor. Arthur was disappointed upon seeing the shabby galeon ship in front of him. The body of the ship was patched with miss-matched wood color and types.

It was clearly visible that the ship was a retired military ship and bought for cheap as a convenient ferry ship.

"Is this our ship?" Arthur's expression was so bitter.

"This is the least we can do for now. The ticket's price is so ridiculously high due to the beast rampage in the Northern Wilderness, this is the only ship that will take us." Ming replied.

Arthur couldn't help but to let out a long sigh. "Better than nothing I guess? I'm so tired after all."

Once they were aboard the ship, Arthur and Hui Ying entered their room while Ming and Yin's room was on the opposite side.

The room itself was small and cramped, a bed for two was in the middle, and the toilet itself was completely out of order for sure.

Arthur undo his belt and put the sword on the side of the bed. He threw himself onto the bed due to the fatigued body that he couldn't bear any longer.

"I'm sorry Hui Ying, a fine lady like you has to come along with a broke guy, like me." Arthur's tone was apologetic seeing her beautiful figures in the middle of a ragged room.

"It's okay Master. I don't mind at all. In fact, I'm so relieved that I am finally able to undo my disguise."

Poof!

A faint and fragrant white smoke appeared in her surroundings as she turned back into her original form.

"Master!" Hui Ying jumped onto the bed joyfully hugged him, rubbed her cheek and kissed him.

"Is it okay? What if there is a person that is able to sense your Demonic Qi?"

"Fufufu. Can't you tell that I completely suppressed my Qi? You still have a lot to learn, Master!" She gigled on his ear. "In fact, I feel so naked without my tails and ears. Like… there is something off about my body this whole time."

Arthur understood what she meant. Just like any other creatures, a tail and ears were their body extension, completely sealed off; those parts must be so hard to balance her body.

"I understand that feeling, I guess?"

They cuddled on the bed for a moment, he tried to get some rest but Hui Ying's hands were proactively making him feel aroused by her gentle touches.

"Hui Ying, I am afraid I can't satisfy you right now due to my state."

"Master, I know that your body is fatigued and your Qi is almost depleted. How about I help you to replenish it for you?"

 Arthur was delighted hearing her lascivious words. And yet, it will leave him a bad aftertaste if he couldn't return the favor and satisfy her need.

"Come to think of it, I got this beast core from earlier. How about assisting me to absorb its Qi? With your Yin Qi, the absorbing process would be so much easier!"

Hui Ying tilted her head since she didn't really understand what he was about to try.

"Absorbing Qi from a beast core? I never heard that once in my lifetime."

"It's hard to explain, you will understand once we do it. Now, spread your barrier like last time."

Arthur got off from the bed and sat cross legged on the floor with Hui Ying in front of him doing the same.

Hui Ying flicked her finger and their body  was enveloped by a half sphere transparent barrier.

"Alright, here we go… Focus your mind and follow my lead!"
