The world is constantly changing... that's all people believe in. It's full of surprises and mysteries that each one is trying to unfolds day by day. In the busy streets of New York, a fair - skinned Asian young lady is struggling for a living. She never cared of anything else but just of achieving more of her work. She is indeed a goal - centered...very focused on her job. We can say that she is quite pretty as well and has a charm.that each man in her office being captured by her beauty and talents. But, she never give them.any chance... she builds wall against them... so no one gets the courage to express what they feel about her. This lady named 'Purple' by his workmates because of her attitude. It is only Annika, her best friend since then, knows everything about her life.
Meanwhile, along the shore a luxury cruise is docking near New Year. The cruise is so beautiful, many passengers went off. The chance of getting off the place for sometime is quite big for Captain Edward Montreal, the captain of the ship. He is serious, good looking young man but in terms with ladies not. For him, it's just all past time. Nothing to be serious about, because he is damn afraid of responsibilities and commitments...in short he is a certified play boy...the reason why ladies who had into him cried. We can't blame him why we became one. Because he had a worst experienced with his ex girlfriend, whom he loved a lot more than himself. But, she left him for another guy without any reasons at all. So, after that, his view about women become different...maybe just to get even with his ex girlfriend or just protecting his heart from heartaches again. That time he was really broken and life for him seems end.
