The Transcendents

It all started in the second decade of the year 2000; when the world fell into a dystopia. Genocidal extraterrestrial beings, an oppressive empire and humans possessing supernatural abilities dominated the world as they changed the standards of war. An orphan, delinquent and mentally unstable young adult male, living in a border district of a post-apocalyptic city; was immensely devastated by constant tragedies. Until, the last tragedy that occurred to him unexpectedly put him in the league of those humans possessing supernatural abilities which society calls “human anomalies”. Thus, he obtained enhanced physical abilities he never asked for, so in order to adapt to it, he uses that burden to lead a career of malevolence and blood money. Subsequently, the life he chose to lead — led him to crossing paths with a mysterious group of mercenary human anomalies who claimed to be affiliated with a powerful secret society. So sorry for the late review. I have added your book in my library that's why for days i was just reading the chapters. So let's talk about the book. The plot itself is amazing. And let me tell you. Your writing style is very good. (I was jealous for a moment.) The thrill that started with the prologue was very intriguing. So if you are a new reader then please give it try. I enjoyed it so hopefully you will too.

The plot of this book is solid from one chapter to the next (I won't spoil). I could tell she has mastered her talent because the story is in a way intertwined with her life. Great experience.

The writing quality is really good - everything is clearly written and l had no problem understanding the writing. The prologue was the best chapter in my opinion. The only thing l would say is that the way Kyle is written as a character doesn't make sense. His parents just died and he immediately started acting cheerful in a new place? There's just a bit of unrealism but that doesn't affect the story much. The other thing is that the prologue and the proceeding chapters don't really match. I was expecting to read more about the struggle that Kyle was going through having to accept a new family and also with trying to train himself and tracking Ultra but instead there's more school interactions. This isn't necessarily bad but it just makes the story a bit more disjointed and disrupts the flow. All in all, the story is well written and l'll definitely be adding this to my collection. Good job so far!

You can tell that a story is good right from the start. It brings action right from the prologue and has a good flow. The plot is well built. It is a clear sign of a passionate author.I recommend it to every author and reader.
