Chapter 21
Ren flew, ran, and jumped to dodge monster attacks. The rain fell and wet their bodies. The blood on the ground began to pool. The single fight that seemed never to end made Alen frustrated.
"Ren, please listen to me!" Ren just smiled and focused on repeatedly expending all his energy to pop the magic arrow. "Why are you even smiling like that?" he asked hoarsely.
The citizens, who were surprised because there was a thick wall blocking the way, now arrived and surrounded the battle area created by Ren. They were astonished to see a woman dealing with a monster.
"Is that damned woman suicidal?"
"I don't know. Maybe she's tired of living."
"You crazy woman."
"What the hell is this? Did he make this weird wall on purpose so we could see it?"
"He wants to act like a hero."
