"What happened, Cyrus? Is there something concerning?" Alice mumbled and questioned, but more like, it was already certain in her mind that he had something going inside. 

He was doubtful and his uneasy face was clearly depicting that something grave had happened. Otherwise surely he won't appear to be so tense all around either in front of her eyes. 

For the next few minutes, Cyrus didn't utter a single word. He stayed silent throughout, as he walked to the other side of the chamber to roam around in distress. 

Witnessing these acts only raised the bars of Alice, whose frown even deepened. "Cyrus.. you can share anything with me. Tell me, what has happened? Is it related to the Kingdom?"
