Nico's Hint

Hearing this, Nico's eyes lit up as he glanced sideways at Will.

"Tai Chen Prefecture? Is this named after Mu Xichen?"

"I think so."

"It's a very Xia Nation name, very typical of the Xia Nation style." Nico repeated it a few times. "Tai Chen Prefecture, Tai Chen Prefecture… What a good name!"
