It all ends tonight

"Dark Shadow." Kotei calmly said while his gaze was focused on the current problem.

The quirk as if on cue moved its large claw toward Kotei, hoping to easily crush him, thanks to the massive size of the limb.

Unfortunately for it, Kotei easily dodged it. It was nowhere fast enough to overwhelm and destabilize him.

At this point, Kotei was very alert and focused. The quirk basically had no chances to beat him since Kotei's overall capacities far surpassed it. Even more considering the absence of Tokoyami's cooperation.

This scene of mouse and cat continued for one or two more minutes before Kotei had enough of dodging and turned his head toward Bakugou.

The moment their eyes met, the blonde boy immediately understood what he had to do.

So, while Kotei was keeping the quirk's attention on him, Katsuki began to sprint toward Tokoyami wrapped by his quirk.

However, Dark Shadow noticed him and moved one of its claws to crush the explosive student. The sudden move was too fast and unpredictable for Katsuki to dodge it without retreating too far to successfully achieve his plan.

"As if." Kotei immediately understood its intentions and casually stopped all of its movements by simply increasing the gravity on the sentient quirk, carefully avoiding hurting Tokoyami.

"I don't need your help purple bastard!" Bakugou shouted, running closer to the crow boy.

He then used his quirk to produce light. The light created was strong enough to completely weaken Dark Shadow, allowing Tokoyami to take back control of his body.

Once the situation calmed down, they gathered.

Kotei floated down, still looking carefully at the surrounding.

Earlier, he felt eyes falling on him, but it disappeared the moment he turned his head.

"You aren't all talk after all." He said to Katsuki, making the latter create small explosions in his palms.

"One day... I will really just smoke that mouth of yours." He replied teeth gritted.

"Thank you. I succumbed to the dark inside me for a moment, but your lights can subdue the absolute power sealed in me." The edgy boy said, making everyone a little awkward.

The silence following showed the crow-boy that he should have thanked them normally.

Shoji seemed to hear something in the forest as he turned toward everyone.

"I hear something not far away."

"Like what?" Todoroki asked.

This could be everything, including a trap.

"It feels like... It seems like people are fighting." Shoji replied after a few seconds. He was trying to understand what they were doing.

Midoriya immediately perked at that.

"We must go and save them!" The green-haired boy shouted, thrashing around on Shoji's back.

"We? You certainly are not going there." Kotei replied, looking at the direction Shoji showed.

"What? But-"

"You look on the verge of losing consciousness. Your arms are useless and you clearly are not mentally stable to rush here in your condition." The purple-haired boy replied without looking at him.

Midoriya seemed shocked to hear Kotei's words but didn't found a single thing to counter what he said.

Lowering his head in what looked like shame, he kept silent.

Kotei ignored the boy sulking at the reality and looked at Todoroki.

"Can you guard them all on your way back? Your ice should be a decent defense against whoever put the forest in flame earlier."

"Yes. Where are you going?" He asked, already knowing where.

"Crush more villains I guess." Kotei replied, flying off.

He ignored the obstacles in front of him and flew fast toward the scene. The fact that he could practically drill his way through the forest thanks to the gravitational shield around him surely helped.

A few seconds later, he arrived in the middle of a fight.

Kotei recognized two girls from his class, Asui, and Uraraka. They were fighting against another girl of their age who had a huge blush on her face the moment their eyes met.

"Are you alright girls?" Kotei asked them, floating down in front of them.

"Yes we are, but be careful she is crazy." Uraraka answered.

She had a slight injury on her arm, but it looked like a flesh wound. Asui nodded at what the brown-haired girl said. She was completely injured.

Kotei nodded and was ready to fly at her when two strange things happened.

"I am in love." Was the first strange thing which escaped from the unknown villain's mouth.

From the look on her face, she seems genuinely amazed by Kotei.

"?!" Kotei froze in confusion, but the next moment, something else woke him out of his stupor.

A bunch of marbles came out of nowhere between the two parties.

The marbles then transformed into a bunch of uprooted trees and broken boulders.

Their numbers weren't that impressive, even combined with their size, it was not more than a feather in Kotei's path.

Not wasting more time, Kotei blew all of the obstacles away, however, the few seconds that the villains gained were more than enough.

The girl successfully escaped thanks to the distraction.

"Shit." Kotei whispered, trying to see where she went.

He almost considered destroying everything randomly to try to make her reveal herself.

'No. I don't know if there are not more students in the vicinity and I can't let the two of them alone here.' Kotei thought, looking at the two girls behind him.

"Whatever." He said aloud, scratching the back of his head.

"We won't run after her?" Asui asked, a finger on her chin.

"Certainly not. It could be a trap. I will accompany the two of you out of this forest." Kotei replied.

Snapping his fingers, the three of them began to levitate.

"Wow! It feels different from my [Zero Gravity]!"

"You can think of my quirk as a psychokinesis quirk on steroid." He answered.

"Brace yourselves, I will accelerate." Kotei warned.

The two girls immediately grabbed onto his arms as floating around like that was a somewhat scary feeling, even more since they were going to go at higher speed.

A few minutes later, Kotei and his two passengers arrived at the training camp.

The remaining students quickly arrived.

Aizawa came back with the remaining ones, Todoroki's one.

Going to them, Kotei asked them something.

"Where is the explosive one?"

He could feel their mood already low, seeking through the ground at a frightening pace.

There was no need to be a genius to understand that he got kidnapped somehow.

"Well. Everyone is safe, it's good enough." He shrugged, turning to leave.

"What are you saying?! We lost him!" Midoriya shouted, making our main character stop.

"One student going missing and the other ones only injured even though the villains were organized and took us by surprise. It is one of the best outcome possibles." Kotei said, turning toward the injured boy.

"One of the best outcomes?! They took him! What are you talking about!" The green-haired boy shouted once again.

He looked completely hysterical right now.

"I am simply glad that they only took him without killing or severely injuring anyone in the process. Is it that difficult to understand? I am sure that everyone is thinking similarly." Kotei replied once again.

This time he was genuinely confused by the strange boy.

Midoriya gritted his teeth, being conflicted.

He could once again, not see a single flaw in Kotei's speech.

"It would be hypocritical for me to say to not comprehend your feelings.

Everyone would do what they can to save the people they love, however, right now we can't do anything but be happy to have a missing guy and not a corpse." He calmly said as he left the green-haired boy thinking about his words.

The next day, the students were either sent back to a nearby hospital urgently, or some wanted to go back home immediately.

The media were greatly criticizing Yuei's lack of credibility and safeness for the students.

After all, they got attacked in the middle of nowhere and from the reports, it was mainly a student who defeated the villains and protected his schoolmates.

Meanwhile, Kotei was lazily lying in his bed, talking with his favorite human in his arms.

"A traitor?" Nejire repeated his words, a little confused.

"Yeah. From what I heard and saw, we were quite isolated from the world. They also knew where we were and when to attack." Kotei nodded.

"Hm... It really looks like there is one..." She whispered, a finger on her chin.

While she was thinking about it, she felt Kotei shifting under her.

Moving out of his way, she looked at him standing up and stretching.

"Can you switch on the T.V please?" He asked her, going into his bathroom.

"Yeah, sure!" Nejire replied, as cheerfully as ever.

Taking the remote, she switched it on.

The T.V immediately showed a peculiar thing.

Aizawa was currently bowing to the camera, expressing his excuses to Japan because of the villain attack and the kidnapping of one of his students.

"Whoa! Kotei! Come see this!" She called the boy, her eyes on the screen.

The next second, Kotei came out.

She turned at him and looked him up and down for a few seconds.

Then she came closer to touch him all over his body.

"Are you inspecting my hero costume or just touching my body because you are aroused?" He asked, smiling at her.

The periwinkle-haired girl stopped, and with a serious look on her face replied.

"Both. Do you really need to go now? We could have a quick fun before that no? What are you gonna do anyway? Can't that wait?"

Loyal to herself, Nejire tried to drow him under her endless questions.

"Remember my call with All Might yesterday?" Kotei asked back, hugging her.

"Muuu... I could wait for 'it' a little then..." She sulked, but still hugged him back.

[Flashback]

"All Might? What can I do for you?" Kotei asked the pro hero on the other end of the phone.

"This night, we are going to end it all. I may not be enough for the one we are going to fight. Tell me, young Juryoku. Do you..."
