I decided to speed things up from here. I wish to finish this book as fast as possible since it is getting hard on me to support the two books with the exams around the corner.

Some events would be omitted for now and might get describe after the end of the book as side stories.

I already told you before that the canon story would pass faster than usual in the past since Edward controlled everything from the shadows and could kill any variable in his plans.

Enjoy.

---------------------------------------------

"Cat, Edward asked me for a betrothal between Arya and his son, Wilyam. What do you think?" asked Ned as he looked at the woman in his hands.

Catelyn looked at Ned, a little surprised after hearing his words. She would be happy if the one they were talking about was Sansa and not Arya.

"Why the hell would he ask for Arya and not Sansa? She is the elder daughter, after all." Said Catelyn as she did not believe her ears. Any sane man would know who would bring him better benefits between Arya and Sansa. Plus, she did not understand why he wanted her for Wilyam instead of his other sons.

"Edward won't force any of his sons and let them choose whoever they wanted. He only asked me that after Wilyam agreed to his words. Apparently, his son, Raymont, is married for years to a common girl, and no one heard a word about that." Said Ned as he shook his head. He was the same as Catelyn and did not expect Edward to choose Arya instead of Sansa.

After hearing Ned's words, Catelyn stood up and left the bed. She paced left and right as she did not know how to answer Ned since she would be in trouble after telling this news to her daughter Sansa.

"Did you suggest to betroth Sansa to any of his sons?" Asked Catelyn as she could not bear to see Sansa's crying, especially after teaching Sansa all those lady works. She told Sansa that if she wanted to be a good wife, she had to learn all those things and the poor Sansa did.

"I did, and he said that would depend on his sons. He will act as a messenger in this matter." Said Ned as he did not know what to say about Edward's words.

The one troubled the most by those words was none other than Catelyn Stark. She could only sigh and think of a solution in the next month to help Sansa. She did not know that the king would come to Winterfell in the next month and would fuck up her life.

"What can we do? Just agree to his words." Said Catelyn as she got into the bed again in a fool mood. She was not in the mood to have a round or two with Ned in the bed.

The following morning, Edward took his children, Jon Snow, and his men and moved north towards The Wall. It was time to send the criminals to The Wall and talk with the Lord Commander, Mormont, about the preparation needed for facing the dead army.

On the road, Edward remembered his adopted daughter, Ygritte, who had been silent since they came to Winterfell. She did not even attend the feast held by Lord Stark for Edward and his children. Although Edward took this girl as his adopted daughter when she was only ten, she continued to act like a wilding. Edward did not actually have any problem with that since he liked their way of living, but the time did not need their stubbornness.

Edward looked at Jon Snow, who had been looking at the girl since they left Winterfell. It seemed that he got attracted to the girl because of her ginger hair. When it came to this, ginger girls are hot, so Edward could not say anything about that. If he could find a woman a little older from the free folk with ginger hair, he would fuck her for sure. The problem was that any woman at that age would have fucked a hundred men by now.

Anyway, Edward wanted to talk to the young girl and see how she was doing. He did not expect her to stay silent when he tried to do that in Storm's Eye but did not manage to do that.

"Ygritte, come here." Said Edward as he looked at the beautiful girl. He smiled when he saw her eyes. He wished that this girl was his daughter for real.

"What??" Said the girl as she kicked her horse to come close to Edward and spoke rudely like always. Although she lived in a civilized city for six years, she did not change her ways.

"Haha, why are you silent like that?" Said Edward with a smile after hearing her words. He always liked to tease this girl like that.

"None of your business." Said the girl as she looked in another direction, refusing to answer his question. Well, she got particularly forced to follow him because Mance Rayder asked her to do that.

Edward remembered the first time he contacted the wilding for the first time. It was only four years after Mance Rayder joined the free folks. At that time, the man was still a long way from unifying all the tribes, but Edward insisted on meeting him. Edward knew that Mance had already recognized the danger beyond The Wall. That was why he moved to unify all the tribes.

When Edward contacted Mance, the man only had the Thenn, Ruddy Hall, and the Lord of Bones. He was still a long way from his dream. After Edward delivered the criminals to The Wall after his daughter Jasmine came to this world, he asked Lord Mormont to contact Mance. At first, The Lord Commander refused to do that, and that was the first time that Edward told him about the dead army. He did tell him about the others, though, because he knew that he would not believe him.

Edward would ship part of the dragon glass that he paid Stannis to mine from Dragonstone. They made arrows, daggers, spears and even coat their sword with a layer of dragon glass. Edward warned them not to fight them head-on, or they would join the dead. Edward forked a large sum of gold dragons to build a second wall north to the current one. It was not made with magic, though, and the dead could come close and attack it.

Although it was like that, it enabled the Night's watch to decrease the numbers of the dead by a lot. The second Wall was not as tall as the first since doing something like that would make Edward penniless. But Edward and his men managed to raise seventy feet tall Wall, a tenth of the first one.

Enjoy.
