概要

Apollo Musashi, the main character is a hard worker. Training each day to get stronger and stronger. He has aspirations of being above everything and has the will to make it happen. With this story I dream of bringing back old Shounen and characters that are mean in just the right way. I've seen many new shows try to make their characters as nice as possible, and although I'm making my character nice, he going to be a bit of a pain in the ass. I'm going to try to make the most realistic characters I can make within the confines of this verse. I watch most things nowadays realizing many of these character are just too unbelievably nice with no outbursts and I find that entirely unrealistic. No, I'm not going to have a harem for the main character, because that too I believe is entirely unrealistic from the real world. Without a further adue, I hope you like it.

Flat-Brim Samurai Chapter 1 - Humble Beginnings

,"Thanks dad, I LOVE IT!!!" Apollo Musashi said to his dad, getting just what he wanted. He was celebrating his 10th birthday whilst wearing his favorite flat brimmed hat. The brim was jet black and the cap was a dark gray. A new bokken (A wooden practice katana used for training) gave him the spark to become stronger. He asked his dad ,"Can I train in your dojo now?" with eyes pleading with him to say yes. His dad buckled and exhaustedly said ,"Sure son."

Since he was a young kid he dreamed of becoming a member of the defenders, one who protects threats from neighboring worlds and dimensions. To protect the ones he loved, him getting this gift reaffirmed this belief.

Later that day

,"C'mon brother, can't you make some time for your family or is all you think about training" His sister Aki said to Apollo who at the moment was swinging his sword around haphazardly. ,"But I just got my sword, I gotta practice as much as I can now," Apollo said, demanding a punch to the back of his head ,"OUCH, WHY'D YOU HIT ME". ,"It's because you didn't hear me the first time" Aki remarked ,"Well anyway it's time for dinner dumb butt". Musashi got up and put back on his shirt to have his decency back for dinner. Wafting in his nose was the smell of his favorite family stir fry. ,"Oh boy, it smells good today" Drool dripped from his mouth ,"Well it is your birthday" his mother remarked with a smile. Sitting down at the table his mom said to him ,"How was your training?" Apollo responded with a quick ,"Good, I was swinging up and down and to the right and to the left and it was so much fun!" He said as he scarfed down his food. Each bite was better than the last as the sweet but savory mix of vegetables, rice, chicken, ham and soy sauce sank into his taste buds. Apollo smiled, saying ,"Shoooooo good" which was followed by his sister and father replying ,"Can you please talk after you've swallowed!!!" Apollo replied with an even bigger smile ,"Sorry." His Japanese father was both serious and fun, never deciding which one he 100% wanted to be. His sister, who looked mainly Japanese, was sometimes naggy to her brother and took life way too seriously. His American mother, who he took after, was always extremely nice and loved almost everyone as if they were her own children. She was sweet to a fault and was always under the assumption that good people had good things waiting to happen to them. ,"Another bowl please," the still partially hungry Apollo said ,"NO, YOU'VE ALREADY HAD 5 BOWLS!!!" his angry sister screamed over the table. But of course his mom said ,"Of course you can," with a smile on her face. After his 6th bowl he was finally full, deciding to play on his PC for the rest of the day until, he went to bed to rest and recover. Before he went to bed, he used a special technique his father taught him for recovery using his inner strength. A Green aura spread across his body healing all of his injuries and repairing his muscles.

These special techniques were called arts and got stronger with the amount of Ki you put into them. Ki, being easily explained as an energy everybody could use that shifted the very laws of nature depending on how you used it. Ki reserves were increased with each use and grow stronger depending on how much you use it. Battles and combat were usually the best way to increase it, allowing for exponential growth. Apollo wanted to grow stronger and reach a height that nobody had yet to achieve. Granted he had high aspirations, he had a will to match his dreams that surpassed all reasons. Apollo thought to himself (The legend of Apollo Musashi will one day be heard by EVERYONE!!!)

Young Master's PoV: Woke Up As A Villain In A Game One Day

"Now you see?" she shouted in a mix of annoyance and disappointment. "You can't outsmart Scrients! They're the most intelligent beings across the two realms." "You're right," I muttered, averting my gaze with a heavy sigh. "I made a mistake. I was too arrogant to think that a mere human like me could fool them." —BOOM!! "Heik! Wh-What was that?" "Hmm? I'm not sure. Maybe you should go and ask the most intelligent beings across the two realms. Oh wait, you can't. I killed them all.” ______ My name is Samael Kaizer Theosbane. On the last day of high school, I got into a fight with a kid I used to bully. It was a stupid, pointless scuffle, and in the middle of it, I tripped and hit my head on a rock. That’s when the memories came flooding in - the memories of another life, of a different world. Suddenly, everything made a twisted kind of sense. I realized two things. First, I was in a game I used to play in my past life. Second, I was a villain. A villain! Not the cool and mysterious kind, either. No, my destiny was to be manipulated and die a dog's death! I was the worst type of cliché: an ungrateful, privileged, insufferable young master. The sort you'd find in those poorly written fantasy stories. The kind everyone hates — a snobby brat from a powerful noble family who thinks he owns the world just because he was born with a silver spoon lodged in his mouth. You know the type. The one the hero beats to a pulp to prove his worth. Yeah, I was that guy. And the hero? The hero was the kid I’d been bullying all this time. The same one I got into a fight with. He was the supposed savior of this damned world. A world teetering on the edge of destruction, beset by wars, calamities, and a grim future that only I knew. And at the end of it all, the final antagonist of the game, the undefeatable boss… the Spirit King, was waiting. But could I even make it to the end? Could I conquer a game where defeat was the only certainty? A game that was now my reality! “Ah, fuck it.” I had no idea if I could, but I sure as hell was going to try. Extorting extras, manipulating main characters, twisting the story to my advantage, stealing the hero’s cheat items, killing villains before they could become threats - nothing was beneath me. Would the main characters be affected? Who cares! Would the story change? Even better! All I cared about was me—my survival, my life, my choices. “I will live this life with no regrets.” …But as I soon discovered, fate was not easily changed. And the price of altering one's destiny was steep. ========== Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VjFQtDUaTR
