Since the day of the kidnapping incident, prime news time was changed to the six o'clock news. 

During the first month of apocalypse, everywhere in the world has been allowed to clone the servers as they were for safety. These clones will only be brought up if they lose the connections. In the end, the cables put in the sea were severed. Thankfully, those made through space were intact. As such, the net had become confined to continents, save for a few exceptions. Only, during this process, equality was lost. The clone servers were taken over by base leaders, government, even terrorist organizations. 

These days, there isn't just internet, and darknet. Instead, there are hunternet, a-net, b-net, c-net, … x-net, all of which have their own local names. For their base, it's Hunternet, which is equal to previous internet, and only accessible with hunter ID, and Jeolchin, which is their base's WAN.
