Fanfic ideas that I come up with but can't write

So, I was just listening to music and reading some fanfiction of Dragon ball z where a guy becomes the copy of goku mr. popo has from dragon ball and has all of the memories of the guy and both goku and kakarot(preheadbonk goku)

when I thought of a crazy idea, someone becomes cell some time in the future trunks timeline before the androids kill future gohan, and learns the multiform techniqu, and after said androids kill gohan he absorbs both androids, and then in perfect form uses the multiform technique and kills the copy, but leaves a single nucleus alive, then the copy regrows and has a huge zenkai boost, then he conjoins back with the copy and his power has been multiplied, he than makes a lot of copies, and does the same thing again, kills them all leaving a single nucleus, and then reconjoins

the power he would gain, well, I think after three or four times doing this he could make berus use his full power and be serious and possibly tie with him.

and thus he would then be detected by the time patrol, which should have seen him when he was cell in future trunks timeline, but eh, they find him doing his 'training' and he greets them as he is a good guy(or not and fights and crushes them) and then fu(from dragonball xenoverse, I wanna say 2) shows up and is really enjoying how much time distortion energy from the mc, and forcibly gives him a time ring(modified so the first time its put on it right away sends the user to another timeline) after arriving in another timeline cell looks around, and smirks "this is going to be good."

and that's as far as my idea goes, cell can go to any timeline, at any point cause of the time ring, and with his scaling power he is pracically invincible, I wanna see what people come up with to put this cell in, like sending him to the cell games, and says what metal cooler says in xenoverse 2 at the cell games "the cell games are open to anyone right?" and plays around with that cell(or if evil plays around with the Z fighters), or he appears in front of frieza when he comes to earth in super, or he appears in front of frieza when he is going to blow up planet Vageta, anywhere in Dragon ball Z/Super/GT, anywhere anywhen.
