Yuuya Tenjou

The dimly lit cave echoed with sounds of a language unknown.

But Tenjou Yuuya cared little for them.

He stared at the man in front of him pretending to be asleep after sensing his presence.

His patience and lack of social skills might have contributed to his current state.

" Mr. Stark, no need to pretend with me. I have a proposal for you."

Waiting for the man to respond, Yuuya surveyed the cave and he could smell the Iron and the fire in the air.

The high temperature did not affect him much but the enclosed space brought about some unpleasant memories.

"Your creation should be ready by now, I presume?"

Hearing these words, the man tensed up and his eyes shot open. A brilliant light flashed past and his cunning was showing.

The man did not respond immediately and sat up, carefully observing Yuuya.

"Japanese or Chinese? Maybe in between, young with such an air, I doubt you are with them. What do you want?"

"Mr. Stark, it's good to see that you are catching on. I have something with me that is of immense value to you but of little importance to me…"

"So a trade? No, it is wiser for a credit of some nature. How many shares?"

*Sigh*

Yuuya could only sigh.

This was his occupational disease acting up.

Tony Stark, a genius of his league and a proud one at that.

At this point, he had yet to see the bigger picture and was in the middle of nowhere making weapons for some Taliban.

But that did not have anything to do with Yuuya.

He had come for a mission and he had to complete it as soon as possible. He already missed his soft bed.

"This flash drive contains information of great value to you. I want to trade it for something, but I am not confident that you can afford it at this moment."

Before Tony Stark could argue, a pile of paper appeared out of thin air and he could see the word CONTRACT in bold.

"I will give you this information and leave it to you to determine how valuable it is in the future."

With a swift move, Yuuya took Tony's hand and cut, dropping a drop of blood on the contract.

With a flash, the contract turned into particles of light that entered Tony's body along with the flash drive.

"I will take my leave now. Hope never to see you again."

With a polite bow, Yuuya disappeared from the spot.

I think I should take over. The narrator started way too ahead of the timeline.

I mean, he didn't even explain how we got here in the first place.

Ok. About a month ago, I woke up and found myself in a Japanese ancestral worship room.

There was nothing wrong with the room itself but I could feel that something was wrong.

I'll save you all the drama and just say that I took over Tenjou Yuuya's body. And right before he found that hidden room.

Man do I feel sorry for the dude.

His memories were too gloomy and it seems that they affected me somewhat.

For instance, I had trouble getting into a better mood. I mean I had just reincarnated in an anime like I'd always wanted, but I just can't get excited.

It is more accurate to say that my excitement is being suppressed by a foreign force I can't figure out.

It reached a point where I thought I had that ability from Overlord. You know, the ability that keeps Ainz from freaking out.

But that was not it.

Anyway, I decided to follow the cannon and found the door to another world, kept all the equipment, and killed the bloody ogre just like in the original.

Now, I do love anime and read quite a bit of novels, but that was all for fun and recreation. I can't claim to be a full-on Otaku.

I only remember works that I have read recently or they have a cute girl or an elite waifu. If it is good enough, I might revisit it for a more serious read later.

Got sidetracked there. Anyway, here is the intro I got:

[Skill [Appraisal] has been acquired. Skill [Endurance] has been acquired.

Title [Master of the Door] has been acquired. Title [Master of the House] has been acquired. Title [Otherworlder] has been acquired. Title [Person Who Visits A Different World For The First Time] has been acquired.]

Damn, what a long title.

I had already watched the original and knew what everything was.

Something like the [Door to Another World] was just an old indestructible wooden door that led to a different world.

The skills were pretty simple. [Appraisal] allowed him to information on different things while [Endurance] gave him great resistance to abnormal states, mental interference, or physical stress.

The titles also had their own description.

Something like [Master of the Door] gave him total control over the [Door to Another World] and a menu function that worked like those system interfaces he had seen. It was exactly the same as in the anime.

[Master of the House] gave him ownership and total control over the wooden cabin that belonged to the wise sage. If he remembered correctly, the whole property was covered with a pretty OP barrier and had some pretty cool vegetables in the yard that could increase his base stats.

The [Otherworlder] title got him a growth boost that helped him get more EXP than normal and allowed him to learn skills more easily than normal. It also removed his leveling cap.

He did not quite understand the leveling cap thing, but having fewer restrictions was a plus for him.

The title [Person Who Visits A Different World For The First Time] also gave him an [Item Box] and allowed him to invent his own skills and spells more easily. It also gave him a protagonist halo thingy that would make him grow in an ideal direction.

While he did not get what that meant, he could infer that it had to do with why Yuuya in the original work never met an opponent he could not kill.

The girls also seemed to fall for him easily. But now it was on him.

Anyway, those titles and skills aside, the menu function was dope and it had all those functions from the anime.

A function like [Money Conversion] allowed him to convert anything into cash. He remembered that in the anime, Yuuya would just sell his drops and get a lot of cash. The only thing that made him uncomfortable was that it was in the form of physical notes.

If it was like a bank transaction of something, he would be even more excited. How much cash can one walk around with?

It was a good thing that he was still young and did not have to worry about many things. Plus, he still had the inheritance his grandfather left him.

Maybe I should start a business to serve as a front? While the description said that it was all good and legal, it wouldn't hurt to be extra careful.

The other function was [Transfer]. This enabled him to summon the [Door to Another World] to any location he was in. While the skill seemed dull and uninteresting, it depended on who used it and how it was used.

The door itself was indestructible. Was this not the perfect shield? He never saw it being used like this in the anime, and he thought that it was truly a waste of resources.

But he also knew the value of the door, and it was better to keep it a secret for as long as possible.

The last function was [Entry Restriction]. Only Yuuya himself and the people he has given access to can use this door.

It was also a good life-saving means in his eyes. If he managed to go to the other side in a dangerous situation, the enemy would have no means of attacking him.

And if it worked as he thought it did, he could attack the enemy from the other side, but the other party could only run if they did not have masochistic tendencies.

There are a lot of strange people in this world and it would not be strange to find such a… unique existence.

That aside, there was also the [Item Box] and the [BP:: Bonus Points].

The item box was just inventory. From the description, it had unlimited space that could store anything he wanted. There were obvious restrictions but he did not mind them. He did not have a hobby of collecting planets and such.

It was more accurate to say that he could not grasp them so he could not store them. If his mana and magic grew strong enough, he might be able to store them.

The Bonus Points were just points that he got from killing monsters and leveling up.

Normally, people of this world get 10 BP for every level up. he did not know how they leveled up since he knew that their powers were not digitized like his were, but if they were, they would get 10 BP for every level up.

He also got the points but his [Otherworlder] enabled him to get 20 BP instead of 10 BP. But that was overridden by his [Person Who Visits A Different World For The First Time] which gave him 100 BP instead.

So, each time he leveled up, he would get 100 BP.
