Chapter 29: Mrs Wong..

" Working with me ? " Calcel was astonished hearing this from his father.

" That's right , Am coming with her to the company today. " David added.

Calcel looked at Alyssa to see her reaction but her gaze was on the food as she ate her breakfast. After eating , Calcel was the one to leave first.

David asked Alyssa to follow him to his car such they could leave together.

At Wong Costmetics...

The black mercedes luxury parked in the company's parking. The driver who was clad in a black suit got out of it and opened for his boss to get out.

David was the first one to get out then Alyssa followed. They entered the large building but the worker's eyes didn't leave Alyssa.

Was she the so called Alyssa , Their boss' young wife ? Why did she look so young and beautiful ? ..Many questions filled their minds and they looked at her in admiration.

Alyssa had wore a red tight skirt stopping on her knees and a matching red coat which she had a white brouse inside that matched with her white open heels. She tied her hair into a bun and didn't wear any jewelry looking really perfect.

" Good morning Mr Wong ? " May finally greeted when David and Alyssa were out of the elevator. She had waited for them after receiving a call that he was coming upstairs.

" Good morning.." David replied.

" Good morning Mrs Wong ? " May again greeted Alyssa.

" Good morning.." Alyssa greeted back making a low bow.

" Mr Wong , Congs upon becoming the Mayor. Am really happy for you. " May said with a smile looking at David.

" Thanks . . "

" Am....Please , Your place is ready ! " May said and led David and Alyssa to the president's office's parlor.

" I will go get coffee for you . " May said when they had sat down in the parlor.

Alyssa looked around the office that was so different from the one he met David from earlier. She had never expected to see such a place from this company. The parlor was bigger than the hotel rooms she had ever seen.

May was on the way to bring coffee when she met Calcel on the way his office.

" Good morning Sir Calcel ? " She greeted.

" Good morning."

" Your father is already here. I think you must go see him.." May informed him.

" Oh..I will go ! " Calcel said and went to his office which after he went to meet David.

" I didn't know that there was place in the company. " Alyssa commented in a soft voice but was loud enough for David to here.

" Yes...Only the president of the company uses this place when he had very important guests. " David said.

" Ah...I see that. I guess am so lucky to be here .." Alyssa giggled.

" Hahaha... Maybe.." David found himself speaking freely to Alyssa.

They were still chatting when Calcel came in. He was surprised to find Alyssa and his father talking to each other freely.

" Father , I didn't expect to see you this early.." Calcel said and he also sat down opposite Alyssa.

" I want to show Alyssa everything myself. So it was important to us to come this early. " David said.

May came back with coffee and served the three of them.

" Wow ! The coffee smells do different ! " David commented.

" Of course sir..My friend sent it to me from abroad and I really wanted you to taste it. Hope you will like it. "

" That's why l like you ! " David said pinching May's cheek.

" It's my pleasure sir ! Please enjoy ! " May said and left.

" How is May doing her work by the way ? "'David asked as they started taking the coffee.

" She's doing really great. She's a serious woman when it comes to work. " Calcel answered.

" You are right. She's so young , intelligent and most importantly she's beautiful. Isn't it Alyssa ? " David asked.

"Am..m...Of course she is. " Alyssa just said.

Suddenly , David's phone rung and he got it. After the talk he got up and said.

" Calcel , Am needed for some issues so I guess I must take my leave now. Show Alyssa around and everything .."

Calcel looked frowned. " Are you really leaving ? "

" Am so sorry , I have to.." David added and left.

Calcel looked at Alyssa and heaved a breath. How was he going to spend the whole day moving around with Alyssa.

" How am I going to show you around yet am going to be busy ? " Calcel asked getting off the couch

" Am...I guess you can show me after you are done with your work. " Alyssa mumbled

Calcel stood where he was his back facing Alyssa and said.

" Get up ! "

" Ah..." Alyssa muttered.

" I have half an hour before the meeting starts . I hope it will be enough for me to introduce you to everyone. " Calcel said.

Hearing his words , Alyssa nodded and followed him.

" And this is your office . " Calcel finally took her in her reserved office when he was done with showing her around.

" It's so nice ! I like it. " She commented.

Calcel turned to look at her. " I guess am done with you now , If you need anything. My secretary will help you. "

" Thank you for everything. " Alyssa said.

" I will be leaving for a meeting now ! " Calcel said.

" Wait ! " He was about to move when Alyssa stopped him.

Calcel stayed still and waited for her to say what she ought to.

" Thanks for allowing me to come into the company. " She said giving him a smile.

" If you need to thank someone then it's my Father.. He's the one who hired you . " Calcel mentioned.

" I know that..But if you had refused he wouldn't have allowed me. " Alyssa argued.

" Then take the job serious and work with all your might. " He said.

" Of course I will. I promise you that . " Alyssa muttered.

" Fine , I will leave now ! " Calcel said and left.

Alyssa looked around her new office and sat down in her chair. She hadn't known her role yet but she just hoped to everything would go smoothly for her.
