Chapter 198: Because I can't wait to call you mine.

" So Mom, Why don't come and start staying with me ? " Alyssa asked Gladys.

" Its okay. I will just stay at the orphanage. " Gladys said.

" Don't you think that Akyssa will be lonely ? ",Robert asked .

" How about Robert comes to stay with you ? " Gladys suggested.

" Huh...It's better you do. I can stay at my old house and continue driving " Robert said.

" I have an idea.." Alyssa said.

" Which one ? " Gladys asked.

" How about I buy a house for the three of us ? " She asked.

Robert and Gladys looked at each other and frowned.

" We don't need a house. You are getting married to Calcel next weekend. " Gladys reminded.

Alyssa just remembered this and kept silent.

" It's getting to 2pm. Lets go and have lunch together. " Gladys said.

" Okay.." they smiled and followed her.

" Mother, I am going back to the hospital. " Alyssa said after they had their lunch.

" It's okay. You go ahead. Calcel needs you by your side.." Gladys said to her.

Calcel had spent most of his time with Clere and Jenny as David had gone for a meeting.

Alyssa opened the door and the moment Calcel saw her he stopped smiling and stared at her.

Alyssa was surprised to find him awake.

" Alyssa, You are here ? " Jenny said getting up.

This confused Clare who was seeing another face and she knew very well that her Aunty Alyssa is dead.

" Are you also called Alyssa ? " Clere asked.

Alyssa went to Clere and bent to her. " Yeah..how are you ? " She asked with a smile.

" I am fine. I had my aunty who was also called Alyssa. But she's gone.." Clere said.

" Ah..My name is Marvis but...people call me Alyssa too. " Alyssa said as she didn't know how to explain to this child.

" So you are also called Alyssa ? " She asked.

" Mm.." She said.

Calcel was silently looking at them.

" Are my brother's friend ? " Clere asked.

" Clere, You are asking too much ! " Calcel stopped her when Jenny came to her and said.

" Clere, Your brother's friend needs to talk to him . How about we give them space ? " Jenny asked

" It's okay.." Clere said and gave Jenny her hand.

They were finally outside when Alyssa turned to look at Calcel. While she walked towards him ,e slowly got off the bed and stood on his two feet.

They looked at each other with passion and longing in their eyes. Alyssa begun smiling not believing that she was facing him again.

She increased her pace and the moment she got close to him she hugged him and wrapped her hands around his neck.

" Calcel.." She cried out.

Calcel closed his eyes when her soft and warm body wrapped him and hugged her back by wrapping his hands around her waist. He bent to her shoulder and buried his dead there. He has bern missing her.

" Alyssa..I am sorry.." He also started crying and Alyssa pulled away from the hug which made him to release her.

She cupped his face and looked at him with tears of joy.

" Don't apologize for anything. I am the one who must be apologizing for having you in this condition. " She said.

" Alyssa, I had many things to tell you yesterday. But when I came it was too late. " He said.

She released him and held both his hands.

" I am here. You can talk to me. First sit down.." she said and sat on the bed with him.

" How are you feeling now ? " She asked.

" I am fine.."

" Don't you feel any pain or.." Alyssa was much worried and concerned about him.

" I am fine ..." He insisted.

" And you ? Are you doing well ? " He asked.

" Of course I am fine. "

" Alyssa, I don't know how I start explaining this to you but.. i am sorry that i didn't believe you earlier about Derrick and Marvis stuff. I know you are not her but...." He was trying to find a way of letting her understand that.

" I said don't apologize for anything. " She said.

" Now that your memory is back, What are you doing to do ? " Calcel asked.

" I don't know. I don't know if I should live as myself or continue as Marvis. " She said.

" Alyssa, I know that things are going to be hard for you now. But..." He reached for her hands while he said this.

" Please don't break up with me ." He said.

All Alyssa could do was to look at him and listen to what he had to stay.

" I know that if the accident didn't happen, You would never accept my love for you no matter what. But now that you accepted , Even though it wasn't really you. Will you please continue and Marvis ? Can we proceed with our wedding ? " He asked.

" You are still ill. How can you be thinking of our wedding ? " She asked.

" Because I want to call you mine. " He said thus huskily and Alyssa felt her heart filled with warmth.

" It's the only thing I've been longing for. Can you please ? ",He asked again.

Alyssa stared at him not believing this. But how could she refuse. He loved her and she loved him so much.

She smiled and her eyes released tears again. " Who would dare reject you ? " She asked.

Calcel grinned when he heard this from her and they both hugged again. He made her head to rest on his strong chest and Alyssa wrapped his back as close as she could.

" You know what Calcel, I am the most blessed person on this planet. To be loved and adored by you. I always cursed and argued with God whenever I had a problem. " She now looked up at him.

" But then, I realize that I was ungrateful. Because, God gave me everything in you. I love you Calcel. " She said with much love and meaning and after pressed a peck on his cheek.

When she did this he brought his hands to her face and caressed her cheeks.

" I love you too. " He said and after bent closer to her for a kiss.
